Claims (6)
- 회전축을 중심으로 회전 가능한 로터, 상기 로터와 함께 회전하는 리이드 스크루, 상기 리이드 스크루와 맞물리며 선단이 볼록하거나 적어도 부분적으로 구형인 출력 부재를 갖는 랙을 포함하는 스텝핑 모터와,상기 리이드 스크루와 평행하게 설치되는 가이드 부재와,상기 가이드 부재에 의해 지지되며, 직선으로 이동 가능한 피구동 부재와,상기 피구동 부재에 장착되며, 상기 랙과 상기 피구동 부재를 연결하는 스프링 부재를 구비하고,상기 스프링 부재는 상기 출력 부재의 선단을 상기 피구동 부재에 가압하는 맞물림부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스프링 부재가 출력 부재의 선단을 가압하는 방향은 상기 피구동 부재의 구동 방향과 실질적으로 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서상기 스프링 부재의 맞물림부는 원형의 구멍 또는 오목 형상을 포함하는 것 을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서상기 스프링 부재는 상기 피구동 부재에 장착되어, 상기 피구동 부재의 구동 방향과 수직인 방향으로 상기 스프링 부재가 장착되는 위치를 조정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스텝핑 모터는,회전축 방향을 따라 연장되며, 상기 스테이터의 양단에서 스테이터와 일체화되는 제1 외측 자극부와 제2 외측 자극부를 갖는 스테이터와,상기 제1 외측 자극부와 상기 제2 외측 자극부 사이에 배치되며, 상기 로터와 상기 스테이터 사이에 삽입된 상기 리이드 스크루를 통해서 상기 로터의 일단부에서 상기 스테이터에 의해 회전가능하게 지지되고, 상기 로터의 주위에 마그넷이 장착된 연자성 재료로 이루어진 상기 로터와,상기 로터의 회전축 방향을 따라 상기 마그넷과 상기 스테이터 사이의 영역에서, 상기 제1 외측 자극부 및 상기 제2 외측 자극부에 각각 감겨 있는 제1 코일 및 제2 코일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서상기 스테이터에 고정되어 상기 마그넷의 일단부를 덮는 것과 동시에, 상기 리이드 스크루가 회전할 수 있도록 리이드 스크루의 일단부를 지지하는 지지 부재와,상기 지지 부재에 장착되어, 상기 랙이 상기 리이드 스크루의 축과 평행한 방향으로 이동 가능하도록 상기 랙을 지지하는 랙 지지 바를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
