Description
Claims (15)
- 리튬을 가역적으로 흡수저장 및 방출 가능한 양극, 음극 및 비수전해질을 포함한 비수전해질 2차전지로서,상기 음극은, Li을 전기화학적으로 흡수저장 및 방출 가능한 합금재료를 포함하고,상기 합금재료는, Si를 주체로 하는 A상과, 천이금속원소와 Si와의 금속간 화합물로 이루어지는 B상을 포함하며,상기 천이금속원소는, Ti, Zr, Ni, Cu 및 Fe로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고,상기 A상 및 상기 B상의 적어도 한쪽은, 미결정 또는 비정질의 영역으로 이루어지고,상기 A상과 상기 B상의 합계중량에서 차지하는 상기 A상의 비율이, 40중량% 보다 많고, 95중량% 이하인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미결정 또는 비정질의 영역은, 결정자 사이즈가 100 nm 이하인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 미결정 또는 비정질의 영역은, 결정자 사이즈가 5 nm 이상, 100nm 이하인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 선원으로서 CuKα선을 이용한 경우의 상기 합금재료의 X선회절 측정으로 얻어진 회절 스펙트럼에 있어서, 회절각 2θ=10°∼80°의 범위에서 관측되는 가장 강도가 강한 회절 피크의 반값폭이 0.1° 이상인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 선원으로서 CuKα선을 이용한 경우의 상기 합금재료의 X선회절 측정으로 얻어진 회절 스펙트럼에 있어서, 회절각 2θ=20°∼35°의 범위에 서 관측되는 가장 강도가 강한 회절 피크의 반값폭이 0.1 °이상인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속원소가 Ti이고, 상기 합금재료에 포함되는 Si의 함유량이 72.4∼97.7중량%인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속원소가 Zr이고, 상기 합금재료에 포함되는 Si의 함유량이 62.8∼96.9중량%인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속원소가 Ni이고, 상기 합금재료에 포함되는 Si의 함유량이 69.4∼97.45중량%인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속원소가 Cu이고, 상기 합금재료에 포함되는 Si의 함유량이 68.2∼97.35중량%인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속원소가 Fe이고, 상기 합금재료에 포함되는 Si의 함유량이 70∼97.5중량%인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속원소가 Ti이고, 상기 B상이 TiSi2를 포함하는 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합금재료의 평균 입자지름(체적 누적 입도 분포의 미디언지름: D50)이 0.5∼20㎛이고, 체적 누적 입도 분포의 10%지름(D10) 및 90%지름(D90)이 각각 0.1∼5㎛ 및 5∼80㎛인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양극캔 및 음극캔을 포함한 코인형의 전지 케이스를 가지며, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극이 각각 원반형상으로 상기 양극캔 및 상기 음극캔에 수용되어 있으며, 상기 양극과 상기 음극의 사이에 세퍼레이터가 개재되어 있으며, 상기 양극캔의 개구단과 음극캔의 개구단이 절연 가스켓을 통하여 끼워맞춰져 있는 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 음극의 밀도가 1.6∼2.4g/cm3인 비수전해질 2차전지.
- Li을 전기화학적으로 흡수저장 및 방출 가능한 양극 활물질을 포함한 원반형상의 양극을 제작하는 공정, Li을 전기화학적으로 흡수저장 및 방출 가능한 음극활물질을 포함한 원반형상의 음극을 제작하는 공정, 및 상기 양극 및 상기 음극을 비수전해질과 함께 코인형의 전지 케이스에 수용하는 공정을 가지는 비수전해질 2차전지의 제조법으로서,상기 음극을 제작하는 공정이,(a) 메카니컬 얼로잉법에 의해, Ti, Zr, Ni, Cu 및 Fe로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 천이금속과 Si를 포함한 원료에 전단력을 부여하여, Si를 주체로 하는 A상과, 천이금속원소와 Si와의 금속간 화합물로 이루어지는 B상을 포함하고, 상기 A상 및 상기 B상의 적어도 한쪽이, 미결정 또는 비정질의 영역으로 이루어지고, 상기 A상과 상기 B상과의 합계중량에서 차지하는 상기 A상의 비율이, 40중량% 보다 많고 95중량% 이하인 합금재료를 얻는 공정,(b) 상기 합금재료를 볼형상의 매체와 함께 교반하여, 평균 입자지름(체적 누적 입도 분포의 미디언지름: D50)이 0.5∼20㎛이고, 체적 누적 입도 분포의 10% 지름(D10) 및 90%지름(D90)이 각각 0.1∼5㎛ 및 5∼80㎛인 분말을 얻는 공정, 및(c) 상기 분말을 원반형상으로 가압성형하는 공정을 가지는 비수전해질 2차 전지의 제조방법.
