Claims (23)
- 6방정구조를 갖는 페라이트를 주상으로 하며, 또한 상기 주상은 A, La, R, Fe 및 Co를 포함하고,A는 Sr, Ba 및 Pb로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이며,R은 Pr 및/또는 Nd이며,상기 주상 중에 있어서의 A, La, R, Fe 및 Co 각각의 금속원소 총계의 구성비율이, 전체 금속원소량에 대하여,A : 1~13원자%,La : 0.003~10원자%,R : 0~10원자%(0은 포함하지 않음),Fe : 80~95원자%,Co : 0.05~5원자%인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,조성식 : A1-x(La1-mRm)x(Fe12-yCoy)zO19단, A는 Sr, Ba 및 Pb로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종,R은 Pr 및 Nd의 1종 또는 2종,0.04≤x<0.80,0.02≤y<0.40,0.00<m<0.90,0.90<z<1.10,으로 표시되는 조성물을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 조성식에 있어서, 0.01≤m≤0.70인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 조성식에 있어서, 0.04≤m≤0.60인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 조성식에 있어서, 0.04≤x≤0.45인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 조성식에 있어서, 0.02≤y≤0.30인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성 재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 조성식에 있어서, 0.96≤z≤1.05인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 조성식에 있어서,1.0<x/yz<2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 A로서 Sr을 반드시 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 A는 Sr 및 Ba인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 R은 Pr인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 R은 Nd인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 주성분에 대하여, Si성분을 SiO2환산으로 0.15~1.35wt% 함유하며, 또한, Ca성분의 몰(mol)양과 Si성분의 몰양의 비율 Ca/Si가 0.35~2.10의 범위에서 Ca성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 자성재료는, 페라이트 소결자석, 페라이트 자석입자, 수지중에 분산되는 페라이트 자석입자로서 본드자석 및 자성막으로서 자기기록매체 중의 어느 하나를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 자성재료는, 페라이트 소결자석인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 소결자석은, 4000Oe 이상의 보자력 및 4000G 이상의 잔류자속밀도 Br을 겸비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 소결자석은, 4500Oe 이상의 보자력 및 4200G 이상의 잔류자속밀도 Br을 겸비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,0.04≤x≤0.45,0.02≤y≤0.30,0.01≤m≤0.70,0.96≤z≤1.05,1.0<x/yz<2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제18항에 있어서,1.1≤x/yz≤2.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 주성분에 대하여, Si성분을 SiO2환산으로 0.30~0.90wt%를 함유하며, 또한 Ca성분의 몰양과 Si성분의 몰양의 비율 Ca/Si가 0.70~1.75의 범위에서 Ca성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료.
- A, La, R, Fe 및 Co를 주성분으로 하는 6방정 M형 페라이트와, 부성분으로서 적어도 Si성분을 포함하는 페라이트 자성재료의 제조방법으로서,상기 A는 Sr, Ba 및 Pb로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이며,상기 R은 Pr 및/또는 Nd이며,상기 6방정 M형 페라이트의 원료분말의 전부 또는 일부와, 상기 Si성분의 총량의 40%이상을 포함하는 원료조성물을 소정의 온도로 가열 유지하여 하소체를 얻는 공정 a와,상기 공정 a에서 얻어진 하소체를 분쇄하는 공정 b를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 공정 b에서 얻어진 분쇄분말을 자장중에서 성형하는 공정 c와,상기 공정 c에서 얻어진 성형체를 소정의 온도로 소성하여 6방정 M형 페라이트를 자성상으로 하는 소결체를 얻는 공정 d를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료의 제조방법.
- 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서,상기 주성분에 있어서의 A, La, R, Fe 및 Co 각각의 금속원소의 총계의 구성비율이, 전체 금속원소량에 대하여,A : 1~13원자%,La : 0.003~10원자%,R : 0~10원자%(0은 포함하지 않음),Fe : 80~95원자%,Co : 0.05~5원자%인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료의 제조방법.
