- 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하는 중간층을 판유리, 플라스틱, 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하는 플라스틱으로부터 선택된 2개의 적층판 사이에 개재시켜 이루어지는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체에 있어서,상기 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자가, 일반식 WyOz(단, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 2.0<z/y<3.0)로 표기되는 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자 및/또는, 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M은 H, He, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류 금속, 희토류 원소, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Ta, Re 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.0<z/y≤3.0)로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하지 않는 중간층을,일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하는 플라스틱의 적층판과,판유리, 플라스틱, 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하는 플라스틱으로부터 선택된 적층판과의 사이에 개재시켜 이루어지는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체에 있어서,일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자가, 일반식 WyOz(단, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 2.0<z/y<3.0)로 표기되는 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자 및/또는 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M은 H, He, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류 금속, 희토류 원소, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Ta, Re 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.0<z/y≤3.0)로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자의 직경이, 1nm 이상 800nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자 및/또는 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자의 L*a*b* 표색계에서의 분체색에 있어서, L*이 25~80, a*가 -10~10, b*가 -15~15의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자가, 육방정 또는 단사정의 결정 구조를 갖는 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적 층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자로서,상기 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자 및/또는 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자와,Sb, V, Nb, Ta, W, Zr, F, Zn, Al, Ti, Pb, Ga, Re, Ru, P, Ge, In, Sn, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Y, Sm, Eu, Er, Tm, Tb, Lu, Sr, Ca로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 원소로 이루어지는 산화물의 미립자, 복합 산화물의 미립자, 붕화물의 미립자 중의 적어도 1종의 미립자와의 혼합체를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자 및/또는 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자와,상기 Sb, V, Nb, Ta, W, Zr, F, Zn, Al, Ti, Pb, Ga, Re, Ru, P, Ge, In, Sn, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Y, Sm, Eu, Er, Tm, Tb, Lu, Sr, Ca로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 원소로 이루어지는 산화물의 미립자, 복합 산화물의 미립자, 붕화물의 미립자 중의 적어도 1종의 미립자와의 혼합 비율이, 중량비로 95:5~5:95의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱이, 폴리카보네이트 수지 또는 아크릴 수지 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지의 시트 또는 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은, 중간막을 갖고, 상기 중간막 중에 상기 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자가 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은, 2층 이상 적층된 중간막을 갖고, 상기 중간막의 적어도 1층에 상기 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자가 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은, 상기 판유리, 플라스틱으로부터 선택된 2개의 적층판의 적어도 한쪽의 내측의 면에 형성된 상기 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자가 포함되는 일사 차폐층과, 상기 일사 차폐층에 겹치어지는 중간막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은, 상기 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자가 포함되는 일사 차폐층이 연성의 수지 필름 기판의 편면상 또는 내부에 형성된 일사 차폐 연성의 필름기판이 2층 이상 적층된 중간막의 사이에 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은,중간막 또는 2층 이상 적층된 중간막과,접착제층, 상기 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자가 포함되는 일사 차폐층, 박리층의 순서로 적층된 적층체를 갖고,상기 적층체의 접착제층은, 상기 판유리, 플라스틱으로부터 선택된 한쪽의 적층판의 내측의 면에 접착되고,상기 적층체의 박리층은, 상기 중간막 또는 2층 이상 적층된 중간막과 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은, 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하지 않는 중간막 또는 2층 이상 적층된 일사 차폐 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하지 않는 중간막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간막을 구성하는 수지는, 비닐계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 중간층을 구성하는 비닐계 수지는, 폴리비닐부티랄 또는 에틸렌-초산비닐 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 일사 차폐용 적층 구조체.
