Claims (41)
- 비히클; 및상기 비히클에 배치된, 개별 입경이 약 100 nm 미만인 표면 개질된 나노입자를 포함하는 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폼은 실질적으로 계면활성제가 없는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제를 더 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질된 나노입자는 상기 조성물의 약 0.5 중량% 이상 포함되는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개별 나노입자는 입경이 약 50 nm 이하인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자는 실리카, 티타니아, 알루미나, 지르코니아, 바나디아, 세리아, 산화철, 산화안티몬, 산화주석, 알루미늄/실리카 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자는 소수성기, 친수성기 및 이들의 조합으로구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 표면기를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자는 실란, 유기산, 유기 염기 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 제제로부터 유도되는 표면기를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자는 알킬실란, 아릴실란, 알콕시실란 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 제제로부터 유도되는 유기실릴 표면기를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자는 카르복실산, 술폰산, 포스폰산 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 제제로부터 유도되는 표면기를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 단량체, 소중합체 또는 중합체 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 열가소성 중합체, 열경화성 중합체, 엘라스토머 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 중합체를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 아미노 수지, 알키드 수지, 페놀계 수지, 에폭시 수지, 이소시아네이트 수지, 이소시아누레이트 수지, 폴리실록산 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 중합체를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 비중합성인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 실질적으로 중합체가 없는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 메탈로센 중합 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 노볼락 수지, 레졸 수지 및 폴리우레아 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 수지를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 이소옥틸 아크릴레이트 및 아크릴산을 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 물, 알콜, 알데히드, 케톤, 에스테르, 에테르, 아민, 아미드, 탄화수소, 할로카본 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포제를 더 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질된 나노입자는 상기 비히클의 용해도 매개변수와 유사한 용해도 매개변수를 가진 표면기를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질된 나노입자는 상기 비히클에 용해된 것으로 보이는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 감압성 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 감압성 접착제 조성물은 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비히클은 핫 멜트 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 것인 폼 조성물.
- 제1항의 폼 조성물을 포함하는 접착제 테이프.
- 제1항의 폼 조성물을 포함하는 감압성 접착제 테이프.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 폼 조성물은 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 감압성 접착제 테이프.
- 제1항의 폼 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
- 폼 조성물 내에 공극을 형성하기에 충분한 양의 발포제를 제1항의 조성물에 혼입하는 단계를 포함하는 폼 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 발포제 혼입 단계는 상기 조성물을 교반하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 발포제 혼입 단계는 조성물의 1 종 이상의 성분의 화학 반응을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 액상, 기상 및 고상 발포제로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 공기, 질소, 산소, 이산화탄소, 헬륨, 아르곤, 산화질소 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 기체를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제34항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 조성물의 성분의 분해 산물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 실질적으로 동시에a) 제1항의 조성물을 발포하는 단계; 및b) 기재 상에 상기 조성물을 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 테이프의 제조 방법.
- a) 표면 개질된 나노입자를 선택하는 단계;b) 상기 표면 개질된 나노입자와 소정의 비히클을 배합하여 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 및c) 발포제를 상기 조성물에 혼입하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 조성물이 지속적인 폼을 형성하거나 또는 상기 비히클에 용해된 것으로 보이는 경우, 상기 표면 개질된 나노입자는 상기 비히클과 상용성인 것인, 소정의 비히클과 표면 개질된 나노입자의 상용성 결정 방법.
- a) 제40항의 방법에 의해 확인된 표면 개질된 나노입자를 제40항의 소정의 비히클에 첨가하는 단계; 및b) 비히클을 발포시키는 단계를 포함하는 조성물의 발포 방법.
