Claims (7)
- 50 내지 200℃의 온도범위 및 2℃/분의 가열속도에서 상기 토너바인더의 점탄성을 측정하는 경우에, 종축을 저장탄성율 G'의 대수(Pa)로 나타내고 횡축을 온도(℃)로 나타내어 저장탄성율과 온도 사이의 관계를 도시하는 점탄성 곡선은, 100 내지 200℃의 온도범위중 140℃ 내지 180℃의 온도범위에서 오목면을 가지고 그 범위의 바닥면에서 저장탄성율 G'의 최소치를 가지고, 또한 최소치의 저장탄성율 G' 0 및 200℃에서의 저장탄성율 G' 200은 G' 0 〈 G' 200의 관계를 가지고 그 차이△G'(G' 200 - G' 0 = △G')는 300Pa이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너바인더.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 200℃에서의 상기 저장탄성율 G' 200은 1000Pa이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너바인더.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 토너바인더는, 45 내지 75℃의 유리전이온도를 가지고, 0.1 내지 20질량% 겔부를 함유하고, 또한 테트라하이드로푸란(THF)에 있어 상기 토너바인더의 가용성부의 겔투과크로마토그래프법(GPC)에 의거한 분자량분포내의 4,000 내지 50,000의 분자량영역에서 피크를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너바인더.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교반응의 정도는 1 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너바인더.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 토너바인더는, 가교제로서 글리시딜기함유 비닐수지(A)를 사용하여 가교되도록, 수지의 중량평균분자량이 10,000 내지 100,000이고 또한 수지의 에폭시값이 0.005 내지 0.1 Eq/100g인 글리시딜기함유 비닐수지(A)와, 수지의 산가가 1 내지 30 mg KOH/g이고 수지의 유리전이온도가 40 내지 70℃인 카르복시기함유 비닐수지(B)와를 가열용융함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너바인더.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스티렌-아크릴수지의 하나는 주성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너바인더.
- 전자사진용 토너는 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전자사진용 토너바인더를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
