Claims (6)
- 가교제(A)와 하기 (I)∼(III)의 요건을 만족하는 비닐중합체(B)와의 반응에 의해 얻어지고, 1∼50%의 겔 분을 함유하는 가교수지(C)와,비닐중합체(D)를 포함하는 토너용 바인더 수지:(I) 비닐중합체(H)와 비닐중합체(L)로 이루어지고, 양자의 질량비 (H)/(L)가 5/95∼50/50이다.(II) 비닐중합체(H)는 중량평균 분자량이 50000보다 크고 또한 1000000이하이고, OH기, COOH기, 산무수물기, 아미노기로부터 선택되는 관능기의 함유량이 비닐중합체(H) 1kg당 0.1∼2mol이다.(III) 비닐중합체(L)는 중량평균 분자량이 4000이상 또한 50000이하이고, OH기, COOH기, 산무수물기, 아미노기로부터 선택되는 관능기의 함유량이 비닐중합체(L) 1kg당 0.7mol보다 작다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교수지(C)와 비닐중합체(D)의 질량비 (C)/(D)가 20/80∼80/20인 토너용 바인더 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교수지(C)와 비닐중합체(D)의 질량비 (C)/(D)가 80/20∼90/10이며, 또한, 비닐중합체(D)가 중량평균 분자량이 4000이상 또한 50000이하인 비닐중합체(D1)인 토너용 바인더 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교제(A)가, 에폭시가가 0.005∼0.1당량/100g인 글리시딜기 함유 비닐수지(A1)인 토너용 바인더 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐중합체(B)와 비닐중합체(D)가 스티렌아크릴계 수지인 토너용 바인더 수지.
- 제1항 기재의 토너용 바인더 수지를 포함하는 전자사진용 토너.
