Claims (14)
- 제1 면의 적어도 일부분이 미세조직화되어 있고, 이 미세조직 부분 중 적어도 한 부분 위에 미세구조를 보유하는 제1 면을 갖는 중합체 층을 포함하는 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판이 200℃에서 5%의 내구성 내에서 크기 안정성인 것이 특징인 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 층이 아크릴, 에폭시, 플루오로중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리케톤 및 폴리페닐렌옥시드로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 것이 특징인 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 중합체 층이 방사선에 의해 경화된 물질을 포함하는 것이 특징인 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 기판의 크기 안정성을 파괴하거나 불리한 영향을 주지 않고 직경이 약 30 cm인 원통의 원주 둘레를 감을 수 있는 것이 특징인 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 기계적 지지체를 중합체 층에 제공하는 지지체 층을 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 기판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지지체 층이 금속 호일, 에폭시, 플루오로중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리케톤 및 폴리페닐렌옥시드로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 것이 특징인 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 미세구조 위에 침착된 촉매를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 기판.
- (A) 제8항에 기재된 기판을 제공하는 단계;(B) 중합체 전해질 막을 제공하는 단계; 및(C) 미세구조를 중합체 전해질 막의 한 면 이상에 전달하는 단계를 포함하는 3층 막 전극 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
- (A) 제1 면을 갖는 중합체 층을 제공하는 단계;(B) 상기 제1 면의 적어도 일부분을 미세조직 표면으로 형상화하는 단계;(C) 중합체 층의 미세조직 표면을 경화시키는 단계;(D) 미세구조 전구체를 중합체 층의 미세조직 표면에 침착시키는 단계; 및(E) 미세구조 전구체를 전환시켜서 미세구조를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 기판의 제조 방법.
- (A) 제1 면을 갖는 지지체 층을 제공하는 단계;(B) 상기 지지체 층의 제1 면에 중합체 층을 침착시키는 단계;(C) 상기 중합체 층의 적어도 제1 면을 미세조직 표면으로 형상화시키는 단계;(D) 미세조직 표면을 갖는 중합체 층을 경화시키는 단계;(E) 미세구조 전구체를 미세조직 표면에 침착시키는 단계; 및(E) 미세구조 전구체를 전환시켜서 미세구조를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 미세구조를 촉매로 코팅하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- (A) 제1 면을 갖는 지지체 층을 제공하는 단계;(B) 상기 지지체 층의 제1 면 상에 중합체 층을 침착시키는 단계;(C) 상기 중합체 층의 적어도 제1 면을 미세조직 표면으로 형상화시키는 단계;(D) 미세조직 표면을 갖는 중합체 층을 경화시키는 단계;(E) 미세구조 전구체를 미세조직 표면에 침착시키는 단계;(F) 미세구조 전구체를 전환시켜서 나노구조를 형성하는 단계;(G) 중합체 전해질 막을 제공하는 단계; 및(H) 미세조직 표면으로부터 미세구조를 중합체 전해질 막의 한 면 이상에 전달하는 단계를 포함하는 3층 막 전극 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,(I) 미세조직 표면을 세척하는 단계; 및(J) 상기 미세조직 표면에 대해 단계 (E)∼(H)를 반복하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
