Claims (20)
- 도전성 분말의 표면에 부착되고 Ti 및 Zr중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 가수분해 화합물 B를 갖는 Ni를 포함한 전도성 분말;유기 비히클; 및Mg 및 Ca중 적어도 하나를 함유하고, 유기산 금속염, 산화물 분말, 금속 유기 착염 및 알콜산화물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 화합물 A를 포함하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 A는 전도성 분말의 표면에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 B는 알콕실기를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 B는 알콜산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 B의 부착량은 상기 도전성 분말의 100중량%에 대해 TiO2및 ZrO2환산한 약 0.1% 내지 5.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 A에 함유된 Mg 및 Ca의 MgO 및 CaO 환산 총량에 대해 상기 화합물 B에 함유된 Ti 및 Zr의 TiO2및 ZrO2환산 총량의 몰비가 약 0.5 내지 4.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 전도성 분말은 약 10nm 내지 200nm의 평균 입자 직경을 갖고, 상기 화합물 A는 Mg의 유기산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 B는 결합제인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 B의 부착량은 상기 전도성 분말의 100중량%에 대해 TiO2및 ZrO2환산한 약 0.1% 내지 5.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 A에 함유된 Mg 및 Ca의 MgO 및 CaO 환산 총양에 대해 상기 화합물 B에 함유된 Ti 및 Zr의 TiO2및 ZrO2환산 총량의 몰비가 약0.5 내지 4.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 B는 아세틸아세토네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 다수의 적층 세라믹층 및 상기 두 세라믹층간 계면를 따라 형성된 적어도 하나의 내부 전극을 포함하는 세라믹 적층을 포함하고,상기 내부 전극은 청구항 7에 따른 소성된 도전성 페이스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 추가로 적어도 서로 이격된 두개의 단자 전극을 포함하고 다수의 상기 내부 전극을 포함하며, 각각은 상기 단자 전극중 단지 하나에만 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹은 유전체 세라믹 바륨 티탄산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 다수의 적층 세라믹층 및 두개의 상기 세라믹층간 계면를 따라 형성된 적어도 하나의 내부 전극을 포함하는 세라믹 적층을 포함하고,상기 내부 전극은 제 2 항에 따른 소성된 도전성 페이스트인 것을 특징으로하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 추가로 적어도 서로 이격된 두개의 단자 전극을 포함하고 다수의 상기 내부 전극을 포함하며, 각각은 상기 단자 전극중 단지 하나에만 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹은 유전체 세라믹 바륨 티탄산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 다수의 세라믹층 및 두개의 상기 세라믹층간 계면를 따라 형성된 적어도 하나의 내부 전극을 포함하는 세라믹 적층을 포함하고,상기 내부 전극은 청구항 1항에 따른 소성된 도전성 페이스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 추가로 적어도 서로 이격된 두개의 단자 전극을 포함하고 다수의 상기 내부 전극을 포함하며, 각각은 상기 단자 전극중 단지 하나에만 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹은 유전체 세라믹 바륨 티탄산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
