Claims (5)
- 외부 제어식 팬 커플링 장치로서, 베어링을 통하여 그 단부에 구동 디스크가 고정된 회전축 본체에 의해 지지되고 지탱되는 케이스와 이 케이스에 부착된 커버로 구성되는 밀봉 하우징의 내부는 오일 공급 조절 구멍을 갖춘 칸막이판에 의해 오일 저장고 및 그 내부에 상기 구동 디스크를 갖춘 토오크 전달 챔버로 분리되고; 댐(dam)과 이 댐에 인접하여 상기 토오크 전달 챔버로부터 상기 오일 저장고로의 연통을 이루는 순환 채널이 회전 중에 오일이 수집되는 상기 구동 디스크의 외측 둘레 벽과 마주보는 밀봉 하우징의 내측 둘레 벽의 일부에 형성되며; 구동 측과 피동 측에 의해 정해지는 토오크 전달 간극에서 오일의 유효 접촉 표면을 증감함으로써 구동 측으로부터 피동 측으로의 회전 토오크의 전달을 제어하도록 상기 오일 공급 조절 구멍을 개폐하는 밸브 부재가 상기 오일 저장고에 마련되고, 상기 밀봉 하우징의 상기 오일 저장고에 배치된 영구 자석을 이용하는 비여기식 전자석이 베어링을 통하여 상기 회전축 본체 주위에 지지되어 상기 전자석으로 밸브 부재를 가동함으로써, 상기 오일 공급 조절 구멍의 개폐를 조절하는 메커니즘을 제공하는 것인 팬 커플링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영구 자석은 상기 밀봉 하우징 또는 전자석 또는 이들 양자에 부착되는 것인 외부 제어식 팬 커플링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재는 판 스프링과 자석편 또는 코일 스프링과 자석편으로 이루어지는 것인 외부 제어식 팬 커플링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는 비자성 소재로 만들어지는 것인 외부 제어식 팬 커플링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이중 밸브 구조로서, 복수 개의 오일 공급 조절 구멍이 마련되고 각각의 오일 공급 조절 구멍에 대해 상기 밸브 부재와 상기 비여기식 전자석이 마련되는 것인 외부 제어식 팬 커플링 장치.
