Claims (29)
- 활성층과 지지층을 포함하는 복합 분리막에 있어서, 양쪽 외곽에 활성층(active layer)이 존재하고, 그 내부에는 지지층(support layer)이 존재하는 형태로 구성된 다성분계 복합 분리막.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지층의 기공 크기가 0.001 내지 10 ㎛인 다성분계 복합 분리막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지층의 두께가 1 내지 50 ㎛인 다성분계 복합 분리막.

- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 활성층의 성분에 대한 용매가 1-메틸-2-피롤리돈(1-methyl-2pyrrolidone: NMP), 아세톤(acetone), 에탄올(ethanol),n-프로판올(n-propanol),n-부탄올(n-butanol),n-헥산(n-hexane), 사이클로헥산올(cyclohexanol), 아세틱 산(acetic acid), 에틸아세테이트(ethyl acetate), 디에틸에테르(diethyl ether), 디메틸포름아미드(dimethyl formamide: DMF), 디메틸아세트아미드(dimethylacetamide: DMAc), 다이옥산(dioxane), 테트라하이드로퓨란(tetrahydrofuran: THF), 디메틸술폭사이드(dimethyl sulfoxide: DMSO), 사이클로헥산(cyclohexane), 벤젠(benzene), 톨루엔(toluene), 크실렌(xylene), 물(water), 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상의 용매들인 다성분계 복합 분리막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 활성층의 기공 크기가 10 ㎛ 이하인 다성분계 복합 분리막.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복합 분리막의 통기도가 7,000 초/100 cc 이하인 다성분계 복합 분리막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복합 분리막의 전해액(에틸렌 카보네이트/디메틸 카보네이트 = 4/6)에 대한 함침속도가 30 초 이하인 다성분계 복합 분리막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 활성층은 2 층 이상, 상기 지지층은 1 층 이상 존재 하에 전체적으로 적어도 3 층 이상의 다층 구조를 갖는 다성분계 복합 분리막.

- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 d) 단계의 고분자 용액의 농도가 0.01 중량% 이상인 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 e) 단계의 원판 필름 양면에 도포된 고분자 용액의 건조가 상대습도 1 내지 100 %에서 이루어지는 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 e) 단계의 원판 필름 양면에 도포된 고분자 용액의 건조가 용매들의 포화 증기압 이하에서 이루어지는 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 e) 단계의 원판 필름 양면에 도포된 고분자 용액의 건조가 질소, 산소, 이산화탄소, 및 공기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 가스로 둘러싸인 분위기 하에서 이루어지는 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 d) 및 e) 단계의 고분자 용액의 도포 및 건조를 통하여 두께 0.1 내지 20 ㎛의 활성층이 형성되는 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계의 반응성 가스 도움에 의한 이온 빔 조사가 10-1내지 10-6torr의 진공 조건하에서 이루어지는 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계의 반응성 가스 도움에 의한 이온 빔 조사가 전자, 수소, 헬륨, 산소, 질소, 이산화탄소, 공기, 불소, 네온, 아르곤, 크립톤, N2O 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가스를 여기시켜 0.01 내지 106keV의 에너지를 갖게 한 후 원판 필름 표면에 이루어지는 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계의 반응성 가스 도움에 의한 이온 빔 조사가 이온 입자의 조사량 105내지 1020ions/cm2의 범위에서 이루어지는 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계의 반응성 가스 도움에 의한 이온 빔 조사가 반응성 기체로 헬륨, 수소, 산소, 질소, 암모니아, 일산화 탄소, 이산화 탄소, 사불화 탄소, 메탄, N2O 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 기체를 포함하는 조건하에서 이루어지는 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서,상기 반응성 기체의 주입량이 0.5 내지 20 ㎖/분인 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조 공정들 중 적어도 하나 이상의 공정들이 순서에 관계없이 선택적으로 조합되는 다성분계 복합 분리막의 제조방법.
