Claims (15)
- 스텐트 상부에 폴리(에틸렌-코-비닐아세테이트) 또는 폴리스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌계 고무상 고분자로 코팅된 기부층;상기 기부층 상부에 생체적합성 고분자와 약물성분을 코팅한 2차 코팅층; 및상기 2차 코팅층 상부에 생체적합성 고분자와 2차 코팅층에 코팅된 약물과는 상이한 약물성분을 코팅한 3차 코팅층;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물방출 조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스텐트 재질은 스테인레스 스틸, 코발트-크롬 합금, 탄탈륨, 니티몰 및 금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 생체적합성 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물방출 조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트.

- 제1항에 있어서,생체적합성 고분자는 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리 락타이드, 폴리글리코라이드, 폴리 락타이드 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리디옥사논, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리포스파젠, 폴리안하이드라이드, 폴리아미노산, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부틸레이트, 셀룰로오스 트리 아세테이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리실록산, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 약물방출조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,2차 코팅층의 약물성분이 실로스타졸을 포함하는 항혈소판 약물, 프로부콜을 포함하는 항산화제 약물, 항혈전제, 항증식제, 성장인자, 및 방사성 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 약물방출조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,3차 코팅층의 약물성분이 탁솔 및 그의 유도체, 콜히친, 로바스타틴, 트라피딜, 히루딘, 티클로피딘 및 혈관 내피세포 성장인자, 변형성장인자-베타, 인슐린양 성장인자, 혈소판 유래 성장인자 및 섬유 아세포 성장인자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 약물방출조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,2차 코팅층의 약물과 3차 코팅층의 약물이 균일 분포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물방출조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,전체 코팅층의 피막두께가 1∼30 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물방출조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트.
- 폴리(에틸렌-코-비닐아세테이트) 또는 폴리스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌계 고무상 고분자를 초음파 스프레이 분사후 용매 증발법으로 1차 코팅시켜 스텐트에 기부층을 형성시키는 단계;상기 기부층 상부에 생체적합성 고분자와 약물성분을 코팅한 2차 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계; 및상기 2차 코팅층 상부에 생체적합성 고분자와 2차 코팅층에 코팅된 약물과는 상이한 약물성분을 코팅한 3차 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 약물방출 조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,2차 코팅용액은 3~30%(w/v) 고분자 용액이고, 생체 적합성 고분자와 약물성분의 중량비는 1:1 ~ 10:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물방출 조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,3차 코팅용액은 5~25%(w/v) 고분자 용액이고, 생체 적합성 고분자와 약물성분의 중량비는 1:5 ~ 10:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물방출 조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,코팅층은 초음파 스프레이 장치에 의한 스프레이 코팅법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물방출 조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,생체적합성 고분자는 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리 락타이드, 폴리글리코라이드, 폴리 락타이드 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리디옥사논, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리포스파젠, 폴리안하이드라이드, 폴리아미노산, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부틸레이트, 셀룰로오스 트리 아세테이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리실록산, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 약물방출 조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,2차 코팅층의 약물성분이 실로스타졸을 포함하는 항혈소판 약물, 항혈전제, 항증식제, 성장인자, 항산화제 및 방사성 화합물로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 약물방출 조절형 다층 코팅 스텐트의 제조방법.
