Claims (17)
- 풀리와 맞물리게 되는 전동 벨트(10)에 있어서, 벨트의 본체부(12)와, 이 본체부와 일체로 되는 풀리 접촉부(16, 18)와, 상기 본체부에 배치된 인장 수단(20)을 구비하고, 하나 이상의 상기 본체부와 풀리 접촉부는 적어도 부분적으로 수소처리된 니트릴기를 함유하는 공중합체 고무의 100중량부와 섬유 강화재의 상기 공중합체의 100중량당 약 0.5 내지 약 50중량부를 포함하는 엘라스토머 조성물을 구비하는 전동 벨트로서,상기 공중합체 고무는(a) 불포화된 니트릴 모노머 유닛을 약 5 내지 약 40 퍼센트,(b) 상기 고무의 유리 천이 온도를 저하시키는 특징을 갖는 하나 이상의 모노머의 유닛을 약 1 내지 80 퍼센트,(c) 공액 디엔 모노머 유닛을 최대 약 20 퍼센트,(d)나머지는 수소처리된 공액 디엔 모노머 유닛을 포함하는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)와 (b)의 모노머 유닛의 함량의 합은 약 30 내지 90 중량%이고 (c)와 (d)의 모노머 유닛의 함량의 합은 약 10 내지 약 70 중량%인 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고무의 유리 천이 온도를 저하시키는 특성을 갖는 하나 이상의 모노머는 플루오린이 없는 불포화 카복실산 에스테르 모노머 유닛과 플루오린 함유 비닐 모노머 유닛으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 잘게 잘라진 섬유 및 펄핑된 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 잘게 잘라지고 적어도 10의 종횡비와 약 0.1 내지 약 5mm의 길이를 갖는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 피브릴화되며 약 3m2/g 내지 약 12m2/g의 평균 표면 영역을 갖는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 피브릴화되며 약 0.3mm 내지 약 3.5mm의 평균 섬유 길이를 갖는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 중 적어도 일부는 상기 벨트의 본체부내에 배치되는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 파라-아라미드, 메타-아라미드, 폴리아미드, 면, 레이온, 유리 및 이들중 2개 이상의 조합물으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된재료로 형성되는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무는 데어반(THERBAN) XN535C, 제트폴(ZETPOL) 4110, 제트폴(ZETPOL) 4120, 제트폴(ZETPOL) 3110 및 제트폴(ZETPOL) 3120 으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무는 황, 유기 과산화물, 다른 자유기 생성 치유제 및 이들중 2개 이상의 조합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 작용제인 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이붙이 벨트, V 리브 벨트, 양면 V 리브 벨트, 양면 이붙이 벨트, 이붙이형 V 리브 벨트 및 평벨트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 벨트의 형태인 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 벨트는 이붙이 벨트의 형태이며, 상기 섬유의 적어도 일부가 벨트의 본체부내에 배치되고 벨트의 주행 방향으로 배향되는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 풀리와 맞물리게 되는 이붙이 전동 벨트에 있어서, 벨트의 본체부와, 이 본체부와 일체로 되는 이붙이 풀리 접촉부와, 상기 본체부내에 배치되는 인장 부재를구비하고, 상기 본체부와 풀리 접촉부 중 하나 이상은 엘라스토머 조성물을 포함하는 이붙이 전동 벨트로서,상기 엘라스토머 조성물은(a)데어반(THERBAN) XN535C, 제트폴(ZETPOL) 4110, 제트폴(ZETPOL) 4120, 제트폴(ZETPOL) 3110 및 제트폴(ZETPOL) 3120 으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 엘라스토머의 100 중량부와,(b)약 3m2/g 내지 약 12m2/g 의 평균 표면 영역과 약 0.5mm 내지 약 2.0mm의 평균 섬유 길이를 갖는 펄핑된 섬유의 엘라스토머의 백중량당 약 2 내지 약 4 중량부를 포함하는 것인 이붙이 전동 벨트.
- 제1항 또는 14항에 있어서, 고무의 백중량당 약 2 내지 약 20 중량부의 양의 가소제를 더 포함하는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 하나 이상의 구동 풀리와 하나 이상의 피동 풀리로 견인되는 제1항 또는 14항의 벨트를 구비하는 벨트 구동 시스템.
- 적어도 약 140℃에 대한 내고온성과 약 -40℃에 대한 저온 내균열성을 갖는 이붙이 전동 벨트를 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 이붙이 전동 벨트는 풀리와 맞물리게 되며, 이면부와, 이 이면부와 일체로 되는 치형부와, 상기 이면부와 치형부 사이에 배치되는 인장 부재를 구비하고, 이면부와 치형부 중 적어도 하나는 엘라스토머 조성물을 포함하며, 상기 방법은(a)치형부를 성형하는 엘라스토머 조성물을 형성하는 단계와,(b)상기 인장 부재를 노치된 치형부 성형 몰드내에 배치하는 단계와,(c)상기 몰드내에서 인장 부재 주위와 그 근처에 치형부를 성형하는 엘라스토머 조성물을 배치하는 단계와,(d)상기 인장 부재를 통해 상기 몰드의 노치내로 엘라스토머 조성물을 가압하는데 충분한 열과 압력을 인가하는 단계와,(e)성형된 벨트를 상기 몰드에서 제거하는 단계를 구비하는 방법으로서,엘라스토머 조성물의 백중량당 약 0.5 내지 약 50 중량부의 양의 섬유 강화재를 상기 엘라스토머 조성물을 형성하면서 이 엘라스토머 조성물에 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
