Claims (17)
- 약 -30℃ 미만의 온도에서 작동하기에 적합하고 풀리와 맞물리게 되는 전동 벨트(10)에 있어서, 벨트 본체부(12)와, 이 본체부와 일체인 풀리 접촉부(16, 18)와, 상기 본체부에 배치된 인장 수단(20)을 구비하고, 하나 이상의 상기 본체부와 풀리 접촉부는 적어도 부분적으로 수소로 처리된 니트릴기 함유 공중합체 고무를 100중량부 포함하는 엘라스토머 조성물을 포함하며,상기 공중합체 고무는(a) 불포화 니트릴 모노머 유닛을 약 5 내지 약 40 퍼센트,(b) 상기 고무의 유리 천이 온도를 강하시키는 특징을 갖는 하나 이상의 모노머의 유닛을 약 1 내지 80 퍼센트,(c) 공액 디엔 모노머 유닛을 최대 약 20 퍼센트,(d)나머지는 수소 처리 공액 디엔 모노머 유닛을 포함하고, 상기 엘라스토머 조성물은, 또한 절단 섬유나 피브릴화된 섬유로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 섬유 강화재를 상기 고무의 100중량당 약 0.5 내지 약 50 부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)와 (b)의 모노머 유닛의 함량의 합은 약 30 내지 90 중량%이고 (c)와 (d)의 모노머 유닛의 함량의 합은 약 10 내지 약 70 중량%인 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무의 유리 천이 온도를 강하시키는 특성을 갖는 하나 이상의 모노머는 불소가 없는 불포화 카복실산 에스테르 모노머 유닛과 불소를 함유하는 비닐 모노머 유닛으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 절단되어 그 종횡비가 적어도 10이며 길이가 약 0.1 내지 약 5 mm인 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 피브릴화되어 약 3m2/g 내지 약 15m2/g의 평균 표면적과 약 0.3 mm 내지 약 3.5 mm의 평균 섬유 길이 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 파라-아라미드, 메타-아라미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 면, 레이온, 유리 및 이들 중 2 이상의 조합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 재료로 형성되는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무는 데어반(THERBAN) XN535C, 제트폴(ZETPOL) 4110, 제트폴(ZETPOL) 4120, 제트폴(ZETPOL) 3110 및 제트폴(ZETPOL) 3120 의 분류 번호로 판매되는 것으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무는 황, 유기 과산화물, 다른 유리기 생성 경화제 및 이들 중 2 이상의 조합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 작용제를 이용하여 경화되는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전동 벨트는 이붙이 벨트의 형태이고, 상기 엘라스토머 조성물은 고무 100 중량당 약 0.5 내지 약 20 부의 파라-아라미드로 피브릴화된 섬유를 포함하며, 적어도 상기 섬유의 일부는 상기 벨트 본체부내에 배치되어 벨트의 종방향으로 배향되고, 상기 이붙이 벨트는 약 -35℃ 미만 온도에서 저온 내균열성을 보이는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 조성물은 약 3m2/g 내지 약 12m2/g의 평균 표면적과 약 0.5 mm 내지 약 2.0 mm의 평균 섬유 길이 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 파라-아라미드로 피브릴화된 섬유를 상기 엘라스토머의 100 중량당 약 1.0 내지 약 5.0 부 포함하는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 조성물은 고무의 100 중량당 약 2 내지 약 20 부의 양의 가소제를 더 포함하는 것인 전동 벨트.
- 하나 이상의 구동 풀리와 하나 이상의 피동 풀리에 의해 작동되는 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 전동 벨트를 포함하는 것인 벨트 구동 시스템.
- 약 140℃에 대한 내고온성과 약 -40℃에 대한 저온 내균열성을 갖는 이붙이 전동 벨트를 성형하는 전동 벨트 성형 방법으로서, 상기 이붙이 전동 벨트는 풀리와 맞물리게 되며, 이면부와, 이 이면부와 일체로 되는 이붙이 풀리 접촉부와, 상기 이면부와 이붙이 풀리 접촉부 사이에 배치되는 인장 부재를 구비하고, 상기 이면부와 이붙이 풀리 접촉부 중 하나 이상은 엘라스토머 조성물로 형성되며, 상기 전동 벨트 성형 방법은(a)치형부를 형성하는 엘라스토머 조성물을 형성하는 단계와,(b)상기 인장 부재를 노치가 형성된 치형부 성형 몰드 내에 배치하는 단계와,(c)상기 몰드 내의 인장 부재 주위에서 이 인장 부재와 인접하게 치형부를 형성하는 엘라스토머 조성물을 배치하는 단계와,(d)상기 엘라스토머 조성물을 상기 인장 부재를 통해 상기 몰드의 노치 내로 밀어 넣기에 충분한 열과 압력을 인가하는 단계와,(e)성형된 벨트를 상기 몰드에서 제거하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 전동 벨트 성형 방법은, 또한 적어도 부분적으로 수소로 처리된 니트릴기 함유 공중합체 100 중량부로 상기 엘라스토머 조성물을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 엘라스토머 조성물을 형성하면서 엘라스토머의 100 중량당 약 0.5 내지 약 50 부의 양의 섬유 강화재를 상기 엘라스토머 조성물에 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 벨트 성형 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 중 전체 엘라스토머 함량에 기초하여 최대 25 중량%의 제2 엘라스토머 재료를 상기 적어도 부분적으로 수소로 처리된 니트릴기 함유 공중합체 고무와 혼합하여 상기 엘라스토머 조성물을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 제2 엘라스토머 재료는 에틸렌-알파-올레핀 공중합체와 3량체, 니트릴 부타디엔 공중합체, 에피클로로하이드린 고무, 에틸렌-비닐-아세테이트 공중합체, 트랜스폴리옥테나머, 폴리아크릴 고무, 폴리부타디엔, 이소부텐-이소프렌 공중합체, 할로겐화 이소부텐-이소프렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-아크릴 엘라스토머, 폴리이소프렌 고무, 실리콘 고무, 폴리클로로프렌, 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 및 이들 중 2 이상의 조합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 전동 벨트 성형 방법.
