Claims (13)
- 에스케리키아 속에 속하며 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드-생산능을 갖는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미생물의 세포내에서의 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 생합성에 관련된 효소의 활성 증가로 인해 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드-생산능을 획득한 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 생합성에 관련된 효소에 대한 유전자의 발현량 증가로 인해 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드-생산능을 획득한 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 생합성에 관련된 효소의 제어의 탈조절로 인해 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드-생산능을 획득한 미생물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 생합성에 관련된 효소의 제어가 피드백 억제의 탈감작화에 의해 탈감작된 미생물.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 생합성에 관련된 효소가 포스포리보실 피로포스페이트 아미도트랜스퍼라제인 미생물.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 생합성에 관련된 효소가 포스포리보실 피로포스페이트 신테타제인 미생물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 생합성에 관련된 효소의 제어가 퓨린 리프레서의 불활성화에 의해 억제된 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 생합성으로부터 분기되며 다른 대사물질을 발생시키는 반응의 차단으로 인해 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드-생산능을 획득한 미생물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 생합성으로부터 분기되며 다른 대사물질을 발생시키는 반응이 석시닐-아데노신 모노포스페이트 신타제, 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 포스포릴라제, 아데노신 데아미나제, 이노신-구아노신 키나제, 구아노신 모노포스페이트 리덕타제, 6-포스포글루코네이트 데하이드라제, 포스포글루코스 이소머라제, 아데닌 데아미나제, 및 크산토신 포스포릴라제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 효소에 의해 촉매되는 반응인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미생물의 세포내로의 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드의 혼입을 약화시킴으로써 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드-생산능을 향상시킨 미생물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 미생물의 세포내로의 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드의 혼입이 미생물의 세포내로의 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 혼입에 관련된 반응의 차단에 의해 약화되고, 미생물의 세포내로의 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드 혼입에 관련된 반응이 뉴클레오사이드 퍼미아제에 의해 촉매되는 반응인 미생물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 미생물을 배양 배지내에서 배양시켜 배지내에 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드를 생산하여 축적시키도록 하고, 상기 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드를 수집함을 포함하는, 발효에 의한 퓨린 뉴클레오사이드의 제조 방법.
