Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 대전류 소형 인덕터에 있어서,제 1 및 제 2 코일 단부를 가지며, 코일축을 따라 축방향으로 진행하는 나선형 경로로 길이방향 코일축 주위에 연장되는 다수의 코일 권선로 구성된 도체 코일을 포함하며,상기 코일 권선은 제 1 및 제 2 대향 평면을 가지는 평면판으로 형성되며, 상기 코일 권선의 각각의 상기 평면의 적어도 일부는 상기 코일축에 대해 축방향으로 대면하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전류 소형 인덕터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 코일 권선은 코일 부분 및 접속 부분을 포함하며, 상기 각각의 코일 부분의 평면은 상기 축방향으로 대면하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전류 소형 인덕터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 접속 부분은 상기 인접한 쌍의 코일 부분을 상호 접속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전류 소형 인덕터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 코일 부분은 L형인 것을 특징으로 하는 대전류 소형 인덕터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 접속 부분은 180도로 굽어진 평면판 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전류 소형 인덕터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코일을 둘러싸는 자성 물질로 이루어진 인덕터 몸체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전류 소형 인덕터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 자성 물질은 균일하게 혼합되고 상기 코일과 접속되도록 압축된 제 1 철가루 및 제 2 철가루를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전류 소형 인덕터.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 자성 물질은 제곱 인치 당 15 내지 25톤의 압축력에 노출됨으로써 형성된 밀도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전류 소형 인덕터.
- 인덕터에 있어서,제 1 및 제 2 코일 단부를 가지며, 다수의 아코디언 폴드로 굽어진 연장된 단일 평판 도체로부터 형성된 도체 코일을 포함하며, 상기 각각의 폴드는 코일 부분 및 접속 부분으로 구성되며, 상기 접속 부분과 인접한 쌍의 상기 코일 부분은 나선형 코일을 형성하기 위해 상호 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 접속 부분은 180도로 굽혀져 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 코일 부분은 L형인 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터.
- 대전류 소형 인덕터 제조 방법에 있어서,제 1 단부, 제 2 단부, 대향 측면 에지, 대향 평면, 및 길이방향 판축을 가지는 긴 판도체를 얻는 단계;상기 판도체를 상기 판축에 대해 가로로 연장되는 다수의 교차 부분 및 상기 판축에 대해 축방향으로 연장되고 상기 교차 부분을 사인형 경로로 연장되는 연속 도체에 접속하는 다수의 접속 부분으로 형성하기 위하여 상기 판도체의 각각의 대향 측면 에지에서 다수의 슬롯을 절단하는 단계; 및상기 판도체를 각각 상기 교차 부분 및 상기 하나의 접속 부분의 일부로 구성되는 다수의 아코디언식 폴드로 형성하기 위하여 상기 판축에 대해 가로로 연장되는 굽힘축을 따라 상기 접속 부분을 굽히는 단계를 포함하며,상기 교차 부분 및 상기 접속 부분은 나선형태로 형성되고 제 1 및 제 2 대향단부를 가지는 연속 도체 코일을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
