Claims (9)
- 지르코늄 및 세륨을 포함하고, 산화지르코늄 및 산화제2세륨으로 환산한 상기 지르코늄 및 세륨의 배합비율이, 중량비로 51∼95 : 49∼5이고, 비표면적이 50㎡/g 이상을 나타내며, 또한 1100℃에서 6시간 가열후에 20㎡/g 이상의 비표면적을 유지할 수 있는 지르코늄-세륨계 복합산화물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합산화물이, 또 이트륨, 스칸듐, 란탄, 프라세오디뮴, 네오디뮴, 사마륨, 유로퓸, 가돌리늄, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 바륨, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 하프늄 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 금속을, 산화물환산한 합계량으로 복합산화물전량에 대하여 0. 1∼20중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄-세륨계 복합산화물.
- 평균입경 0.5∼50μm의 수산화지르코늄분말과, 콜로이드입자의 평균입경3∼100nm의 세륨졸을 포함하는 혼합물을, 해당 혼합물중의 세륨 몰수에 대하여 5∼10배몰의 질산존재하에 가열반응시키는 공정, 염기를 가하고 더욱 반응시켜 생성물을 침전시키는 공정, 얻어진 생성물을 500∼1000℃에서 소성하는 공정을 포함하는 제 1 항에 기재한 지르코늄-세륨계 복합산화물의 제조법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이, 이트륨, 스칸듐, 란탄, 프라세오디뮴, 네오디뮴, 사마륨, 유로퓸, 가돌리늄, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 바륨, 알루미늄, 티타늄 및 하프늄 의 염류 및 이것들의 혼합염류로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 금속염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 질산존재하에 가열반응시키는 공정에서의 반응온도가 60∼150℃이고, 반응시간이 1∼36시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 질산존재하에 가열반응시키는 공정에서의 가열반응을, 1. 5∼10kg/㎠의 가압하에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
- 지르코늄 및 세륨을 포함하고, 산화지르코늄 및 산화제2세륨으로 환산한 상기 지르코늄 및 세륨의 배합비율이, 중량비로 51∼95 : 49∼5이고, 비표면적이 50㎡/g 이상을 나타내고, 또한 1100℃에서 6시간 가열후에 20㎡/g 이상의 비표면적을 유지할 수 있는 지르코늄-세륨계 복합산화물분말을 함유하는 배기가스청정용 조촉매.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 복합산화물분말이, 또 이트륨, 스칸듐, 란탄, 프라세오디뮴, 네오디뮴, 사마륨, 유로퓸, 가돌리늄, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 바륨, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 하프늄 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 금속을, 산화물환산한 합계량으로 복합산화물 분말전량에 대하여 0. 1∼20중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조촉매.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 복합산화물분말의 입경이, 1∼20μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 조촉매.
