Claims (24)
- 프라세오디뮴, 란탄 및 네오디뮴의 산화물로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하며, 1000℃에서 10 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 29 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄 산화물 기재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1000℃에서 10 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 35 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1000℃에서 10 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 50 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1100℃에서 4 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 10 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1100℃에서 4 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 15 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1200℃에서 10 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 2 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 900℃에서 4 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 45 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 900℃에서 4 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 50 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가제 함량이 조성물의 전체 중량에 대한 첨가제 산화물로 5 내지 50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 첨가제 함량이 10% 내지 40%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 첨가제 함량이 10% 내지 30%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 크기가 10 nm 내지 500 nm인 메소기공 (mesopore)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 산화물 또는 실리카를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- - (a) 지르코늄 화합물, 및 프라세오디뮴, 란탄, 네오디뮴의 산화물로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 형성하는 단계,- (b) 상기 혼합물을 염기성 화합물과 접촉시켜, 침전물을 얻는 단계,- (c) 상기 침전물을 액체 매질 중에서 가열하는 단계,- (d) 전 단계에서 얻은 침전물에 음이온성 계면활성제, 비이온성 계면활성제, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 카르복실산 및 이들의 염, 및 카르복시메틸화 지방 알코올 에톡실레이트 유형의 계면활성제로부터 선택된 화합물을 첨가하는 단계, 및- (e) 이와 같이 얻어진 침전물을 소성하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는,제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 니트레이트, 아세테이트 및 클로라이드로부터 선택된 화합물을 지르코늄 화합물 및 첨가제 화합물로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 단계 (c)의 침전물 가열이 100℃ 이상의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 제17항에 있어서, 조성물에 의해 지지된 전이금속을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 제17항에 청구된 촉매계를 촉매로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연 엔진의 배기 가스를 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 조성물을 촉매로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연 엔진의 배기 가스를 처리하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1000℃에서 10 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 40 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 900℃에서 4 시간 동안 소성한 후 비표면적이 55 m2/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 단계 (a)의 혼합물이 알루미늄 또는 규소 화합물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 알루미늄 니트레이트, 알루미늄 아세테이트 및 알루미늄 클로라이드로부터 선택된 화합물을 알루미늄 화합물로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
