Claims (4)
- 습식 압착 처리에 이용하기 위하여, 자기 세라믹 소재를 포함하는 슬러리를 준비하는 단계;전기 전도 전선이 위치한 주형으로 상기 슬러리를 붓고, 자기 성형체를 얻기 위하여 상기 습식 압착 처리를 수행하는 단계;자기 소결체를 형성하기 위하여 상기 전기 전도 전선을 포함하는 상기 자기 성형체를 소결하는 단계; 및상기 자기 소결체의 외부 면에 상기 전기 전도 전선의 말단부와 전기적으로 접속된 외부 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터 제조방법.
- 습식 압착 처리에 이용하기 위하여, 자기 세라믹 소재를 포함하는 슬러리를 준비하는 단계;자기 코어 부재 및 상기 자기 코어 부재 주위에 감긴 전기 전도 전선을 포함하는 코일부를 형성하는 단계;상기 코일부가 위치한 주형에 상기 슬러리를 붓고, 상기 코일부를 포함하는 자기 소결체를 얻기 위하여 상기 습식 압착 처리를 수행하는 단계;자기 소결체를 형성하기 위하여 상기 코일부를 포함하는 상기 자기 성형체를 소결하는 단계; 및상기 코일부를 포함하는 상기 자기 소결체의 외부 면에 상기 전기 전도 전선의 말단부와 전기적으로 접속된 외부 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터 제조방법.
- 습식 압착 처리에 이용하기 위하여, 자기 세라믹 소재를 포함하는 슬러리를 준비하는 단계;자기 성형판을 제조하기 위한 상기 습식 압착 처리를 수행하기 위하여 주형으로 상기 슬러리를 인도하는 단계;자기 코어 부재 및 상기 자기 코어 부재 주위에 감긴 전기 전도 전선을 각각 포함하는 적어도 하나의 코일부를 형성하는 단계;상기 자기 성형판에 상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 고정하는 단계;상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 고정되게 설치한 상기 자기 성형판이 위치하는 주형에 상기 슬러리를 붓고, 상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 포함하는 자기 성형체를 얻기 위하여 상기 습식 압착 처리를 수행하는 단계;자기 소결체를 형성하기 위하여 상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 포함하는 상기 자기 성형체를 소결하는 단계; 및상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 포함하는 상기 자기 소결체의 외부 면에 상기 적어도 하나의 코일부의 상기 전기 전도 전선의 말단부와 전기적으로 접속된 외부 전극을 형성하는 단계,를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터 제조방법.
- 습식 압착 처리에 이용하기 위하여, 자기 세라믹 소재를 포함하는 슬러리를 준비하는 단계;습식 성형판을 생산하기 위한 상기 습식 압착 처리를 수행하기 위하여 주형으로 상기 슬러리를 붓는 단계;상기 자기 성형판에 전기 전도 전선을 포함하는 상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 고정하는 단계;상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 고정되게 설치한 상기 자기 성형판이 위치하는 주형에 상기 슬러리를 붓고, 상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 포함하는 자기 소결체를 얻기 위하여 상기 습식 압착 처리를 수행하는 단계;자기 소결체를 형성하기 위하여 상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 포함하는 상기 자기 성형체를 소결하는 단계; 및상기 적어도 하나의 코일부를 포함하는 상기 자기 소결체의 외부 면에 상기 적어도 하나의 코일부의 상기 전기 전도 전선의 말단부와 전기적으로 접속된 외부 전극을 형성하는 단계,를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터 제조방법.
