Claims (19)
- 극성 용매와, 친수성 폴리머와, 폴리불화비닐리덴(polyvinyliden fluoride)을 함유하는 도공액으로서,
상기 친수성 폴리머가, 하이드록시에틸키토산, 하이드록시프로필키토산, 하이드록시부틸키토산, 및 디하이드록시프로필키토산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 하이드록시알킬키토산인 것을 특징으로 하는 도공액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 극성 용매가, N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, N-에틸-2-피롤리돈, 및 β-알콕시프로피온아미드류로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 도공액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
다염기산을 더 함유하는 도공액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
아세틸렌 블랙, 케첸 블랙, 흑연, 퍼니스(furnace) 블랙, 단층 카본 나노파이버, 다층 카본 나노파이버, 단층 카본 나노튜브, 다층 카본 나노튜브, 및 그래핀(graphene)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 도전성 재료를 더 함유하는 도공액. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
아세틸렌 블랙, 케첸 블랙, 흑연, 퍼니스(furnace) 블랙, 단층 카본 나노파이버, 다층 카본 나노파이버, 단층 카본 나노튜브, 다층 카본 나노튜브, 및 그래핀(graphene)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 도전성 재료를 더 함유하는 도공액. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 도공액을 이용하여 형성되는 도공막.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
JIS R3257에 준거하여 측정되는 접촉각이 70°이상인 도공막. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 도공액을 80℃ 이상으로 가열하는 공정을 포함하는 도공막의 형성 방법.
- 기재(基材)와, 상기 기재 상에 일체적으로 배치된, 제 6 항에 기재된 도공막을 구비하는 복합 재료.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 기재가, 금속, 유리, 천연 수지, 합성 수지, 세라믹스, 목재, 종이, 섬유, 부직포, 직포, 및 피혁으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 복합 재료. - 집전체와, 상기 집전체의 표면 상에 배치된, 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 기재된 도공액으로 이루어지는 도공막을 구비하는 전극판용 부재.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 전극판용 부재와,
상기 전극판용 부재를 구성하는 상기 도공막의 표면 상에 배치된 전극층을 구비하는 축전 장치용 전극판. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 전극판용 부재를 구성하는 상기 집전체가 알루미늄박이며,
상기 전극층이 양극 활물질을 함유하는 축전 장치용 전극판. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 전극판용 부재를 구성하는 상기 집전체가 구리박이며,
상기 전극층이 음극 활물질을 함유하는 축전 장치용 전극판. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 전극판용 부재를 구성하는 상기 집전체가 알루미늄박이며,
상기 전극층이 분극성 전극인 축전 장치용 전극판. - 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 기재된 도공액을 집전체의 표면에 도포하여 도공막을 형성한 후, 상기 도공막의 표면 상에 전극층을 형성하는 공정을 가지는 축전 장치용 전극판의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 기재된 축전 장치용 전극판을 구비하는 축전 장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,
