Claims (10)
- 일종의 질소 산화물발광재료에 있어서: 그 화학식은 AxByOzN(2/3)x+(4/3)y-(2/3)z:R으로서 그 중에서 A는 이가금속중의 한가지 혹은 2~3가지이며, B는 Si를 포함하고 여기에 B, Al, Ga 중에서 선택된 1~2 원소를 포함하는 조합물이고, R은 발광중심원소로서 Eu와 Mn의 조합물, Eu와 Bi의 조합물 및 Ce와 Li의 조합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되며,1.0≤x≤3.0,1.0≤y≤6.0,0 ≤z ≤2.0인 질소 산화물발광재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A는 Be, Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba,Zn 중의 한가지 혹은 2~3가지인 질소 산화물발광재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A는 Ca혹은 Ca 와 Sr의 조합물이며, 상기 B는 Ga 혹은 Ga와 Al의 조합물인 질소 산화물발광재료.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항의 질소 산화물발광재료의 제조방법에 있어서:
(1) A를 포함한 산화물, 질화물, 질산염 또는 탄산염;B를 포함한 질화물, 산화물;R의 질화물, 산화물, 질산염을 원료로 연마한 후 고르게 섞어서 혼합물을 얻는 절차;
(2) 절차(1)에서 얻은 혼합물을 불활성 기체의 보호하에서 고체 상태 반응 방법 (固相反應法)으로 고온으로 구워서 구운 물질을 얻는 절차 :
(3) 절차(2)에서 얻은 구운 물질을 분쇄, 잡물제거, 건조, 등급매기를 걸친후 질소 산화물발광재료를 얻는 절차 :
상기 (1), (2) 및 (3) 절차를 포함한 질소 산화물발광재료의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (1) 절차의 연마는 솔벤트 에탄올이나 노르말헥산을 넣어서 갈수 있는 질소 산화물발광재료의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (2) 절차의 고체 상태 반응 방법에서 쓰는 불활성 기체는 일정한 기압의 질소와 수소의 혼합기체로서, 질소와 수소의 체적비는 95:5, 상기 혼합기체의 유량은 0.1 - 3리터/분인 질소 산화물발광재료의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고온하에 구우는 절차에서 구울시의 온도는 1200 - 1800℃,0.5 - 30시간에 2~5번 구울 수 있는 질소 산화물발광재료의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 절차(1)의 원료중에 반응플럭스(flux)를 첨가하며, 상기 플럭스(flux)는 A를 포함한 할로겐 화물이나 붕산중의 한가지 혹은 2~4가지이며, 상기 플럭스(flux)의 첨가량은 원료총중량의 0.01 - 10 %인 질소 산화물발광재료의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 잡물제거는 산 세척 혹은 물 세척방법을 포함하는 질소 산화물발광재료의 제조방법.
- 일종의 백광 LED 조명이나 시현광원에 있어서:자외선혹은 니어유브이(near ultraviolet) LED와 청구항 1의 질소 산화물발광재료중 적색, 녹색 혹은 남색발광재료를 포함하거나;남색 LED와 청구항 1의 질소 산화물발광재료중 황색발광재료를 포함하거나;남색 LED와 청구항 1의 질소 산화물발광재료중 적색발광재료와 녹색발광재료를 포함하거나;남색 LED와 청구항 1의 질소 산화물발광재료중 적색발광재료와 황색인 이트륨?알루미늄?석류석 구조를 가진 발광재료를 포함한 백광 LED 조명이나 시현광원.
