Description
Claims (10)
- 투명한 필름 기재의 일방의 면에 하드코트층을 갖고, 상기 하드코트층 상에 드라이 프로세스에 의해 형성된 두께 10∼300㎚ 의 SiOx 막을 가지며, 상기 투명한 필름 기재의 타방의 면에는 두께 20∼35㎚ 의 투명 도전성 박막을 갖고,상기 SiOx 막 측의 수증기 투과율이 2g/(㎡·24hr·atm) 이하이고, 또한, 상기 투명 도전성 박막 측의 수증기 투과율 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 SiOx 막 상에, 추가로 방오층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명한 필름 기재가, 적어도 2 장의 투명한 필름 기재를 투명한 점착제층을 통하여 접착시킨 적층체인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전성 박막이, 인듐 주석 산화물로 이루어지는 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 SiOx 막의 굴절률이, 1.40∼2.00 인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 SiOx 막은, 하드코트층측으로부터, 적어도, 굴절률 1.7∼1.9 로 조정된 SiOx 막 [1] 과 굴절률 1.4∼1.49 로 조정된 SiOx 막 [2] 이, 이 순서로 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 SiOx 막은, 하드코트층측으로부터, 굴절률 1.5∼1.69 로 조정된 SiOx 막 [3], 굴절률 1.7∼1.9 로 조정된 SiOx 막 [1] 및 굴절률 1.4∼1.49 로 조정된 SiOx 막 [2] 이, 이 순서로 3 층 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 SiOx 막은, 하드코트층측으로부터, 굴절률 1.7∼1.9 로 조정된 SiOx 막 [1] 및 굴절률 1.4∼1.49 로 조정된 SiOx 막 [2] 이, 이 순서로 2 회, 합계 4 층 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 투명 도전성 필름.
- 투명 도전성 박막을 갖는 한 쌍의 패널판을, 상기 투명 도전성 박막끼리 대향하도록, 스페이서를 통하여 대향 배치하여 이루어지는 터치 패널에 있어서,적어도 일방의 패널판이 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 투명 도전성 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 SiOx 막 측의 수증기 투과율과 상기 투명 도전성 박막 측의 수증기 투과율의 차가 0 ~ 0.2g/(㎡·24hr·atm) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 투명 도전성 필름.
