Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- (a) 투명 기판;(c) 상기 투명기판상에 배치된 제 1 투명 전극 층;(d) 상기 제 1 투명 전극 층에 배치된 것으로 광을 생산하는 하나 이상의 발광층 이외에 하나 이상의 유기 층을 포함하는 유기 EL 소자; 및(e) 상기 유기 EL 소자에 배치된 제 2 투명 전극 층; 그리고(b) 상기 투명 기판과 상기 제 1 투명 전극 사이에 배치되어 상기 유기 EL소자에서 발생된 광을 모든 방향으로 산란하는 광 산란층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 광 추출(light extraction) OLED 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 투명 전극 층에 배치된 반사체 층을 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 광 추출 OLED 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광층보다 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 저 굴절률 아이솔레이션층(isolation layer)이 제 2 투명 전극 층과 반사체 층 사이에 더 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 개선된 광 추출 OLED 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광 산란층이 매트릭스에 분산된 광 산란 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 광 추출 OLED 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스가 상기 발광층의 굴절률의 0.9배 이상인 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 광 추출 OLED 장치.
- (a) 투명 기판;(b) 상기 투명 기판의 제1면에 배치된 제 1 투명 전극 층;(c) 상기 제 1 전극 층에 배치된 것으로 광을 생산하는 하나 이상의 발광층 이외에 하나 이상의 유기 층을 포함하는 유기 EL 소자;(d) 상기 유기 EL 소자에 배치된 제 2 투명 전극 층; 및(e) 상기 제 2 투명 전극 층에 배치되어 상기 유기 EL 소자에서 발생된 광을 모든 방향으로 산란하는 광 산란층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 광 추출 OLED 장치.
- (a) 기판;(b) 상기 기판의 제1면에 배치된 반사체 층;(d)상기 반사층 상에 배치된 제 1 투명 전극 층;(e) 상기 제 1 투명 전극 층에 배치된 것으로 광을 생산하는 하나 이상의 발광층 이외에 하나 이상의 유기 층을 포함한 유기 EL 소자;(f) 상기 유기 EL 소자에 배치된 제 2 투명 전극 층; 및(c) 상기 반사체 층과 상기 제 1 투명 전극 층 사이에 배치되어 상기 유기 EL 소자에서 발생된 광을 모든 방향으로 산란하는 광 산란층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 광 추출 OLED 장치.
