Claims (11)
- 건조 분쇄, 분쇄 매질의 작용하에서 분쇄 공간 1 리터당 2.5kW 미만의 동력 밀도 및 12m/s 미만의 교반기 말단 속도로 작동되는 통상적인 연속적 또는 불연속적 저에너지 교반된 볼 제분기에서 불활성 액체 매질 중에서의 습윤 분쇄, 염 혼련, 산 반죽 및 산 팽윤으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 방법으로 조질 프탈로시아닌 안료를 미분하여 예비안료를 형성한 후, 물 및 유기 용매의 혼합물중에서 9 이상의 pH에서 100 내지 250℃의 온도에서 프탈로시아닌설폰산, 프탈로시아닌카복실산, 프탈로시아닌설폰산 염, 프탈로시아닌카복실산 염 및 프탈로시아닌설폰아마이드로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 안료 분산제의 존재하에 상기 예비안료를 마무리 처리함을 포함하는, 프탈로시아닌 안료 제제의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,안료 분산제가 하기 화학식 I의 화합물인 제조방법:화학식 I상기 식에서,T는 금속을 함유하지 않거나 Cu, Fe, Zn, Ni, Co, Al, Ti 및 Sn으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 금속원자를 함유하고, 1 내지 4개의 염소원자로 치환되거나 또는 염소를 함유하지 않는 프탈로시아닌 라디칼이고;m 및 n은 동일하거나 상이하며 0 내지 4이고, 단 m과 n의 합은 1 내지 4이고;라디칼 Z1은 하기 화학식 Ia의 라디칼이고;화학식 Ia2개의 라디칼 Z2는 동일하거나 상이하며 하기 화학식 Ib의 라디칼이고;화학식 Ib-[X-Y]h-R3h는 0 내지 100이고;X는 C2-C6 알킬렌 라디칼, C5-C7 사이클로알킬렌 라디칼, 또는 이들 라디칼의 조합이고, 이러한 라디칼은 1 내지 4개의 C1-C4 알킬 라디칼, 하이드록실 라디칼, C1-C4 알콕시 라디칼, (C1-C4)-하이드록시알킬 라디칼 또는 추가로 1 내지 2개의 C5-C7 사이클로알킬 라디칼에 의해 치환될 수 있거나, 또는 h가 1 초과인 경우 X는 또한 언급된 정의의 조합일 수 있고;R2 및 R3은 각각 수소원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 또는 부분적으로 불소화되거나 과불소화된 분지쇄 또는 비분지쇄 C1-C20 알킬기, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C5-C8 사이클로알킬기, 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 또는 부분적으로 불소화되거나 과불소화된 C2-C20 알케닐기이며, 치환체로서 하이드록실, 페닐, 시아노, 염소, 브롬, 아미노, C2-C4 아실 또는 C1-C4 알콕시로 치환될 수 있고;R2 및 R3은 NR2기의 질소원자와 함께 포화되거나 포화되지 않은 또는 방향족 헤테로환 5- 내지 7-원 고리를 형성하며, 이 고리는 추가로 1 또는 2개의 질소, 산소 또는 황원자 또는 카보닐기를 함유할 수 있고, OH, NH2, 페닐, CN, Cl, Br, C1-C4 알킬, C1-C4 알콕시, C2-C4 아실 및 카바모일기로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1, 2 또는 3개 라디칼에 의해 치환되거나 치환되지 않으며, 1 또는 2개의 벤조-융합된 포화되거나 포화되지 않은 또는 방향족, 탄소환 또는 헤테로환 고리를 가질 수 있거나; 또는Z2는 수소, 하이드록실, 아미노, 페닐, (C1-C4)-알킬렌-페닐, C5-C30 사이클로알킬, C2-C30 알케닐, 또는 분지쇄 또는 비분지쇄 C1-C30 알킬이고, 이때 페닐고리, (C1-C4)-알킬렌-페닐기, C5-C30 사이클로알킬기, C2-C30 알케닐기 및 C1-C30 알킬기는 Cl, Br, CN, NH2, OH, C6H5, 1, 2 또는 3개 C1-C20 알콕시 라디칼로 치환된 C6H5, 카바모일, 카복실, C2-C4 아실, C1-C8 알킬, NR2R3 및 C1-C4 알콕시로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1개 이상의 치환체로 치환될 수 있거나, 또는 알킬기 및 알케닐기는 과불소화 또는 부분적으로 불소화될 수 있고, 이때, R2 및 R3은 상기 정의된 바와 같고;G는 2가 기 -CO-, -SO2-, -SO2N(R6)-R5-CO-, -SO2N(R6)-R5-SO2-, -CON(R6)-R5-CO- 또는 -CON(R6)-R5-SO2-이고;R5는 2가의 분지쇄 또는 비분지쇄, 포화 또는 불포화, 탄소원자수 1 내지 20의 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼, 또는 C5-C7 사이클로알킬렌 라디칼, 또는 융합된 형태이거나 결합에 의해 연결될 수 있는 1, 2 또는 3개의 방향족 고리를 갖는 2가 방향족 라디칼, 또는 1, 2 또는 3개 고리를 갖고 O, N 및 S로부터 선택된 1, 2, 3 또는 4개 헤테로원자를 함유하는 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼, 또는 이들의 조합이고, 상기 탄화수소, 사이클로알킬렌, 방향족 및 헤테로방향족 라디칼은 OH, CN, F, Cl, Br, NO2, CF3, C1-C6 알콕시, S-C1-C6 알킬, NHCONH2, NHC(NH)NH2, NHCO-C1-C6 알킬, C1-C6 알킬, COOR20, CONR20R21, NR20R21, SO3R20 및 SO2-NR20R21로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1, 2, 3 또는 4개 치환체에 의해 치환될 수 있고, 이때, R20 및 R21은 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소, 페닐 또는 C1-C6 알킬이고;R6은 수소, R5-H, R5-COO-E+ 또는 R5-SO3 -E+이고;E+는 H+, 당량 Ms+/s의 금속 양이온 Ms+, 포스포늄 이온, 또는 치환되지 않거나 치환된 암모늄 이온이고, 이때, s는 1, 2 또는 3이다.
