Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 70 내지 150 나노미터의 입도(D50 값)를 갖는 안정한 에멀션의 제조 방법으로서,(i) (a) 20 내지 80 중량% 양의 하기 화학식 (I)의 구조를 갖는 유기폴리실록산 또는 그의 혼합물, (b) 5 내지 30 중량% 양의 물, (c) 1 내지 25 중량% 양의 HLB 범위가 10-19인 비이온성 유화제(들), 및 (d) 1 내지 15 중량% 양의 HLB 범위가 8-19인, 유기설폰산으로부터 선택된 음이온성 유화제를 포함하는 제제를 제공하는 단계;[상기 식에서,R1은 독립적으로 하이드록실기 또는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 8의 알콕시기이고,R은 상이할 수 있으며, 알킬, 알케닐, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 또는 아르알킬이며,x는 1 내지 100의 정수이다](ii) 점도가 20,000 mPaㆍs이상인 유기폴리실록산 중합체를 얻을 수 있도록 (i)의 혼합물을 임의의 호모제나이저를 사용하여 균질화시키고, 온도를 10-40℃의 범위로 유지하며, 이 에멀션을 물로 희석하는 단계; 및(iii) 상기 에멀션을 알칼리에 의해 pH 6-8 범위로 중화시키는 단계를 포함하는 안정한 에멀션의 제조 방법.

- 유기폴리실록산 중합체의 점도가 20,000 mPaㆍs 이상이고 입도가 70 내지 150 나노미터인 에멀션의 안정한 제조 방법으로서,(i) 에멀션에 대해 5 내지 30 중량% 양의 물, 유기설폰산으로부터 선택되고 HLB 값이 8-19 범위인 하나 이상의 음이온성 유화제 및 HLB 값이 10-19 범위인 하나 이상의 비이온성 유화제를 포함하는, 에멀션에 대해 8 내지 30 중량%의 혼합 유화제, 및 에멀션에 대해 20-80 중량% 범위의 하기 화학식 (I)의 구조를 갖는 유기폴리실록산 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함하는 제제를 제공하는 단계;[상기 식에서,R1은 독립적으로 하이드록실기 또는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 8의 알콕시기이고,R은 상이할 수 있으며, 알킬, 알케닐, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 또는 아르알킬이며,x는 1 내지 100의 정수이다](ii) 상기 혼합물을 호모제나이저로 균질화시키고, 동시에 에멀션의 특성에 따라 10분 내지 2시간 동안 20∼40℃ 범위로 온도를 유지하는 단계;(iii) 에멀션을 5 내지 30℃ 범위에서 숙성하여 20,000 mPaㆍs이상의 점도를 갖는 유기폴리실록산 중합체를 제조하고, 이 에멀션을 물로 희석시키는 단계; 및(iv) 에멀션을 알칼리로 중화하고, 마지막으로 에멀션내 미생물발생 방지를 위해 살생물제를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 안정한 에멀션의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기폴리실록산 중합체 점도가 500,000 mPaㆍs 미만인 경우, 상기 에멀션의 중화는 혼합 완료 직후 수행하는 것인 안정한 에멀션의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 (I)의 유기폴리실록산은 알파 오메가 하이드록시 종결된 유기폴리실록산, 알파 오메가 알콕시 종결된 유기폴리실록산, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것인 안정한 에멀션의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분지화된 폴리실록산 에멀션의 경우, 3 작용성 실란 또는 4 작용성 실란 또는 이들의 혼합물을 유기폴리실록산과 함께 사용하는 것인 안정한 에멀션의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 사용된 유기폴리실록산은 하기 화학식 (III) 및 (IV)의 구조를 갖는 분지 단위 3 작용성 실란 또는 4 작용성 실란 또는 이들 혼합물의 도입으로 분지화되는 것인 안정한 에멀션의 제조 방법:상기 식에서,R은 상이할 수 있으며, 알킬, 알케닐, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 또는 아르알킬이다.

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비이온성 유화제는 에멀션에 대해 1-25 중량% 양으로 사용되고, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 옥틸 에테르; 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 라우릴 에테르; 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 트리데실 에테르; 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 세틸 에테르; 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 스테아릴 에테르; 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 노닐페닐 에테르; 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 도데실페닐 에테르; 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 세틸페닐 에테르; 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 스테아릴페닐 에테르; 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 소르비탄 모노스테아레이트; 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 소르비탄 모노올레에이트 중에서 선택된, 폴리옥시알킬렌 알킬 에테르, 폴리옥시알킬렌 알킬페닐 에테르 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 소르비탄 에스테르로부터 선택되는 것인 안정한 에멀션의 제조 방법.
