Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA EMULSãO DE ORGANOPOLISSILOXANO ESTáVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de emulsão de organopolissiloxano de alta viscosidade estável tendo tamanho de partícula até 150 nanómetros e, em particular, a um processo de polimerização de emulsão envolvendo um completamento simples, de custo efetivo, e mais rápida de emulsificação de organopolissiloxano pelo uso de um homogeneizador padrão, e também polimerização subseqúente do organopolissiloxano a temperatura controlada. O processo envolve uma combinação seletiva de emulsificador náo-iónico junto com um pelo menos um emulsificador aniónico para alcançar a emulsão de tamanho de partícula desejada. Importantemente, a mistura seletiva de emulsificadores náo-iónicos e emulsificadores anlónicos tendo valor de HBL da mistura perto de 12-15, e mantendo uma temperatura de até 50°C é encontrada para favorecer a obtenção de emulsão estável de partícula baixa com qualquer homogeneizador padrão, evitando a necessidade de homogeneização de alta pressão.
