具体实施方式
大多数液体美容产品是在具有明显的顶部空间的容器中出售的。在装运和处理期间,来自顶部空间的空气行进通过液体产品。在传统的液体美容产品中,这不是问题,因为产品是均匀的。然而,在具有悬浮式设计的产品中,来自顶部空间的空气行进通过液体产品,从而破坏设计,使得产品看起来草率且廉价。

难以减少滞留在美容护理产品中的所有空气。填充后,典型的美容护理产品通常具有约4%的空气,这些空气被滞留在视觉上不可辨别的微小气泡中。当洗发剂被包装在典型的瓶子或泵中时,随着时间的推移,这些气泡由于拉普拉斯压力而组合成更大的气泡。如果液体美容护理产品的应力没有足够高到支撑空气与液体之间的密度差,则这些较大的气泡将最终上升至顶部空间。因此,即使液体美容护理产品被包装在没有任何可见气泡的瓶子中,顶部空间也可在24小时至48小时内形成。增加液体美容产品屈服应力可以阻止气泡从小气泡迁移至较大气泡并且迁移至顶部空间,然而,由于较低的铺展性以及难以分配,具有高屈服应力的产品对于消费者而言具有较低的接受度。如本文所述,气泡,尤其是大气泡,以及顶部空间可以在装运和处理期间破坏悬浮设计。
已经发现,当将顶盖螺纹连接或卡扣到瓶子的颈部上时,存在轻微的过压,这阻止了气泡迁移而不损害屈服应力。
如果在执行6A(使用用于所有测试的ASTM设置的2018年4 月的6-Amazon.com-Over Boxing)的序号1-5之后,悬浮设计基本上完好,则瓶子可以通过装运测试。如本文所用,基本上完好可以是指相距1英尺 (0.30m)时在至少等于标准100瓦特的白炽灯泡照度的照明下,人类观察者不能用肉眼(不包括适于矫正近视、远视或散光的标准矫正镜片,或其他矫正视力)在视觉上辨别出一个或多个其中悬浮设计被干扰的大区域。
在一些示例中,图案扰乱可以通过获取液体美容产品的横截面并且确定横截面的多少百分比被扰乱来评估。小于10%的横截面面积可以被扰乱,或者小于7%,或者小于5%,或者小于3%,或者小于1%。
在装运和处理之后,可以去除顶盖并且可以将泵插入穿过插入件的膜。
图2A和图2B示出包装件90,其适于储存其中悬浮有设计的液体产品。在装运构型中,如图2A和图2B所示,包装件90可以包括限定中空内部的瓶子110和开口114,插入件10的至少一部分可以通过该开口而被接收到中空内部中。瓶子的体积可以在约200mL和约1500mL之间,或者约 300mL至约1000mL,或者约500mL至1000mL。开口114可以具有足够大的宽度(在所示的示例中为直径)以有利于用待使用泵分配的产品填充中空内部。这种宽度优选地大于或等于30mm并且小于或等于100mm,或者小于或等于75mm,或者小于或等于50mm,或者小于或等于25mm。插入件10可以具有与瓶子110的卡扣接合,具体地,插入件10可以具有与颈部115的顶部边缘具有卡扣接合的唇缘17(如下文所述,如图4D所示)。
在装运构型中,如图2A和图2B所示,包装件90包括顶盖50。通过使封盖51相对于瓶子110旋转同时将瓶子110的外螺纹119与封盖51的内螺纹59配对,可以将顶盖50可拆卸地固定到瓶子110。顶盖50包括插塞部分55,该插塞部分可以永久地结合到封盖的下侧。
插入件10可以具有中空内部和开口端15,插塞部分55的至少一部分可以通过该开口端被接收到插入件的中空内部中。插塞部分55可以不一直延伸到膜14和插入件的基部。插塞部分55可以延伸以覆盖插入件中的所有孔12。插塞14可以在插入件内部形成密封。
插入件10可以包括一个或多个从插入件外壁13延伸穿过插入件内壁的孔12。这些孔允许液体产品在插入穿过瓶子的颈部时渗入插入件的中空内部中,从而防止瓶子溢出并且几乎没有顶部空间。在一个示例中,孔的直径可为约0.001英寸(25.4μm)至约0.1英寸(2540μm),或者约0.005 英寸(127μm)至约0.06英寸(1524μm),或者约0.008英寸(203.2μm)至约0.04英寸(1016μm),或者约0.01英寸(254μm)至约0.02英寸 (508μm)。孔的数量、间距和位置可以变化。插入件可以包含一个孔,或者约两个孔至约10个孔,或者约两个孔至约7个孔,或者约两个孔至约四个孔。插入件可以在一侧上具有孔,如图2B所示,或者插入件可以在围绕插入件周边的不止一个位置上具有孔。孔可以均匀地间隔开,或者它们可以随机地间隔开。
图3A和图3B示出具有泵70的包装件90的使用构型,其中泵可以用于从包装件分配液体产品。泵70可以包括汲取管72和泵组件71。汲取管 72和泵组件71可以是单独的零件,它们被装配以形成泵分配器。另选地,汲取管72和泵组件71可以为一个零件。
在使用构型中,如图3A和图3B所示,泵70包括闭合件73。通过使闭合件73相对于瓶子110旋转同时将瓶子110的外螺纹119与闭合件73的内螺纹79配对,可以将顶盖73可拆卸地固定到瓶子110。
在图3A和图3B所示的实施例中,在附接泵之前先去除顶盖。在其他实施方案中,顶盖可被汲取管刺穿并且可以不需要去除。在将包装件放到商品货架上之前,泵可以由最终使用者或商店装配。另选地,泵可以是可重复使用的,并且使用者可以在商店购买可以包括瓶子、插入件和顶盖的新包装件,并在使用前附接可重复使用的泵。
插入件10可以包括限定中空内部的插入件主体11和开口端15,泵70 的至少一部分,特别是汲取管72可以通过该开口端被接收到插入件的中空内部中。当插入时,汲取管72被引导通过放置在插入件主体11的底部处的一些肋状件或鳍状件与膜14接触。在该构型中,消费者可以在泵的顶部上按压,从而导致汲取管刺穿膜14,从而允许汲取管与储存在瓶子中的液体流体连通。然后消费者将泵固定到瓶子。然后消费者可以通过泵送致动器74排出液体产品。膜14可以位于插入件10的端部处,在插入件开口端 15的远侧。
瓶子110可以是透明或半透明的,因此使用者可以从瓶子110的外部看到悬浮在产品中的设计。另选地,瓶子110可以为不透明的并且可以任选地具有一个或多个消费者可以看见悬浮设计的透明或不透明的窗口。
瓶子、顶盖以及插入件可以由相同的材料或不同的材料制成。可以期望使瓶子、插入件以及任选的顶盖可以由相同的材料或材料组合制成,因此其可更容易地回收利用。瓶子、插入件、和/或顶盖可以通过聚合物制成,并且尤其基本上或完全包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚丙烯 (PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、和/或聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)。在一个示例中,瓶子可以由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制成,而插入件和顶盖可以由聚丙烯(PP)制成。在另一个示例中,瓶子、插入件和/或顶盖可以由可持续材料和/或可持续材料与其他材料的组合和共混物制成,所述材料包括但不限于聚乳酸(PLA)、聚乙醇酸(PGA)、聚琥珀酸丁二酯(PBS)、任选地具有高对苯二甲酸含量的脂族-芳族共聚酯、任选地具有高对苯二甲酸含量的芳族共聚酯、聚羟基链烷酸酯(PHA)、热塑性淀粉(TPS)、以及它们的混合物。合适的材料公开在共同转让的美国专利第8,083,064号中。
图4A至图4H为包装件或其部分的剖视图,这些图示出装配图2A、图2B、图3A和图3B所示的实施方案的装运构型和使用构型的步骤。步骤如下:

步骤5:将顶盖附接在瓶子上。图4E为瓶子110的剖视图,其中顶盖 50可拆卸地固定到瓶子110的颈部115。在该构型中,插塞部分55延伸到插入件10的中空内部11中。插塞部分55延伸经过孔,从而形成防止液体产品进入或离开插入件的中空内部的密封。图4E示出装运构型。包装件可以在装运期间随时处于装运构型,包括当其被装运到商店或直接装运给消费者时。如果步骤1-4正确地执行,则悬浮设计可以在装运测试之后基本上完好。
步骤6:去除顶盖并且开始将泵首先穿过汲取管插入穿过插入件的中空腔体。在图4F中,顶盖被去除。图4F示出首先穿过插入件10插入汲取管72中的泵70。在图4F中,膜14未被刺穿。
步骤7:继续插入泵并刺穿膜。图4G示出刺穿膜之后的泵70。
步骤8:将闭合件附接到瓶子上,然后泵式分配器包装件可供其首次使用。在图4H中,闭合件73固定到瓶子110。汲取管72靠近瓶子110的基部,并且分配器包装件90可供其首次使用。
图4I为如图4C所示的膜14的放大剖视图。在该示例中,膜14在插入件10的底部处装配,使得膜可以完全覆盖插入件上的在瓶子处的孔。膜可以由铝箔制成,并且可以由20微米的硬铝箔制成,使用的规格类似于推开式泡罩包装件中所使用的规格。可以通过使用粘合剂或热密封涂层或其他已知的装配技术将膜装配到插入件。如果使用热密封,则膜可以包括促进牢固密封的层。热密封层可以包括低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)。另选地,膜可以由可易于刺穿的其他材料制成。例如,铝可以被PET层取代。在另一示例中,膜也可以通过注塑直接形成于插入件上。在又一示例中,膜厚度为0.3mm。在另一示例中,膜被模制成具有一些V形沟槽以弱化其结构,从而减小刺穿力。膜可以通过装运测试。
图4J为如图4G所示的膜的放大剖视图。在该示例中,在泵插入期间,薄膜14被汲取管72刺穿。
图5A和图5B示出包装件90’,其适于储存其中悬浮有设计的液体产品。在装运构型中,如图2A和图2B所示,包装件90’可以包括限定中空内部的瓶子110’和开口114’,插入件10’的至少一部分可以通过该开口而被接收到中空内部中。
在装运构型中,如图5A和图5B所示,包装件90’包括顶盖50’。通过使封盖51’相对于瓶子110’旋转同时将瓶子110’的外螺纹119’与封盖51’的内螺纹59’配对,可以将顶盖50’可拆卸地固定到瓶子110’。顶盖50包括插塞部分55’,该插塞部分可以永久地结合到封盖的下侧。在该实施方案中,插塞部分55’可以具有在封盖51’远侧的膜54’。顶盖50’可以在封盖51’中具有可以暴露膜54’的开口52’。

图6A和图6B示出具有泵70’的包装件90’的使用构型,其中泵可以用于从包装件分配液体产品。泵70’可以包括汲取管72’和泵组件71’。
在使用构型中,如图6A和图6B所示,包括瓶子110’、插入件10’、顶盖50’和泵70’。
在图6A和图6B所示的实施例中,在附接泵之前不用去除顶盖。顶盖 50’的膜54’可以被汲取管72’的端部刺穿并且不需要去除。在将包装件放到商品货架上之前,泵可以由最终使用者或商店装配。
