Abstract
Description
Claims (28)
- 기부 및 말단부를 가지고, 종축을 중심으로 회전가능한 접근장치;상기 접근장치의 말단부에 장착되고, 상기 접근장치보다 큰 첫 번째 횡단면을 가지며, 가공품의 선택된 부분을 연마할 수 있는 연마재료로 형성된 적어도 1개의 연마기구; 및,원하지 않은 마모로부터 상기 가공품을 보호하고, 상기 연마기구보다 큰 두 번째 횡단면을 가지며, 상기 연마기구가 상기 가공품을 따라 진행되면서 상기 가공품을 보호하도록 배치된 비연마부재를 포함하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비연마부재는 상기 연마기구 상에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비연마부재는 상기 접근장치 상에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비연마부재는 상기 연마기구의 말단측에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비연마부재는 원형의 횡단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연마기구는 버를 제거하고자 하는 표면의 외주에 비해 비교적 작은 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비연마부재는 칼라인 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 칼라는 상기 연마기구의 외부 주위로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 연마기구는 반구 형태를 갖도록 형성되고, 상기 칼라는 상기 연마기구의 외부 주위로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 연마기구는 구 형태를 갖도록 형성되고, 상기 칼라는 상기 연마기구의 외부 중앙부 주위로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 접근장치는, 선택된 방향으로 상기 축에 가해진 힘에 응답하여 선택된 방향으로 절곡 또는 굴곡될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 접근장치의 상기 말단측 단부를 상기 연마기구에 체결하는 코일 스프링을 추가로 포함하는, 상기 코일 스프링은 상기 연마기구를 상기 접근장치에 대해 절곡할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연마기구의 기부측 위치에 상기 접근장치에 체결되는 연마 링을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연마기구는 상기 접근장치의 상기 말단측 단부에 선회가능하게 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 접근장치는 비연마 표면을 갖는 긴 작동축을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서,기부 및 말단부를 가지는 단단한 구동축; 및, 상기 작동축을 상기 구동축에 대해 절곡할 수 있도록, 상기 구동축의 상기 말단부와 상기 작동축의 상기 기부단부(proximal end)를 체결하는 가요성(flexible) 체결부재를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연마기구는 가공품의 모서리를 연마할 수 있는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비연마부재가 상기 가공품을 따라 진행되는 동안 상기 가공품의 벽과 맞닿도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는버 제거장치.
- 말단부를 갖는 긴 접근장치를 제공하는 단계;상기 접근장치의 상기 말단부를 따라 구비되고, 가공품의 모서리를 연마할 수 있는 연마재료를 포함하며, 상기 접근장치보다 더 큰 직경을 갖는 연마기구를 제공하는 단계;상기 가공품을 거의 연마하지 않는 접근장치의 말단부를 따라 장착되고, 상기 연마기구보다 더 큰 직경을 갖는 비연마부재를 제공하는 단계;상기 가공품에 대하여 상기 접근장치를 회전시키는 단계;상기 비연마부재가 상기 가공품의 모서리에서 멀어지도록 진행되어 상기 연마기구가 상기 모서리에 접촉할 때까지, 비연마부재가 벽에 맞닿도록 상기 가공품의 벽을 따라 버 제거 장치를 진행시키는 단계; 및,상기 연마기구와의 접촉을 통해 상기 모서리를 연마하여 적어도 1개의 버를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는,가공품의 모서리로부터 버를 제거하는 방법.
