Claims (9)
- 엔진(E)과 모터 제너레이터(MG)의 사이에 토크 용량을 연속적으로 변경 가능한 제1 클러치(CL1)를 끼우는 동시에 상기 모터 제너레이터(MG)와 구동륜(RL, RR)의 사이에 유단계 혹은 무단계로 변속비를 변경하는 변속기(AT)를 끼워 하이브리드 구동 시스템을 구성하고,상기 제1 클러치(CL1)를 개방하여, 상기 모터 제너레이터(MG)만을 동력원으로 하여 주행하는 전기 자동차 주행 모드에서의 주행 중, 상기 엔진(E)과 모터 제너레이터(MG)를 동력원으로 하여 주행하는 하이브리드 차 주행 모드로의 모드 천이 요구가 있었던 경우, 상기 제1 클러치(CL1)의 드래그 토크에 의해 정지 상태의 엔진(E)을 시동하는 엔진 시동 제어 수단을 구비한 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은, 상기 전기 자동차 주행 모드에서의 주행 중에 하이브리드 차 주행 모드로 모드 천이할 때, 변속기 입력 회전수가 엔진 운전 가능 회전수 이상이 되는 범위에서, 변속기 입력 회전수가 엔진 운전 가능 회전수에 근접하도록 상기 변속기(AT)의 변속비를 제어한 후에, 상기 제1 클러치(CL1)의 체결을 개시하고, 해당 제1 클러치(CL1)의 드래그 토크에 의해 정지 상태의 엔진(E)을 시동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은, 상기 전기 자동차 주행 모드에서의 주행 중에 하이브리드 차 주행 모드로 모드 천이할 때에 있어서, 업 시프트 요구를 수반할 때, 상기 변속기(AT)에서의 업 시프트를 종료한 후에, 상기 제1 클러치(CL1)의 체결을 개시하고, 이 제1 클러치(CL1)의 드래그 토크에 의해 정지 상태의 엔진을 시동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은, 상기 변속기(AT)의 변속비를 업 시프트 함에 따른 변속기(AT) 내의 토크 전달률의 감소에 따라 상기 모터 제너레이터(MG)의 토크를 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은, 상기 전기 자동차 주행 모드에서의 주행 중에 하이브리드 차 주행 모드로 모드 천이할 때에 있어서, 변속비 변경 요구를 수반하지 않을 때, 즉시 제1 클러치(CL1)의 체결을 개시하고, 이 제1 클러치(CL1)의 드래그 토크에 의해 정지 상태의 엔진(E)을 시동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은, 상기 전기 자동차 주행 모드에서의 주행 중에 하이브리드 차 주행 모드로 모드 천이할 때에 있어서, 다운 시프트 요구를 수반할 때, 상기 제1 클러치(CL1)의 드래그 토크에 의한 정지 상태의 엔진(E)을 시동을 종료한 후에, 상기 변속기(AT)의 다운 시프트를 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은, 상기 제1 클러치(CL1)의 드래그 토크에 의해 정지 상태의 엔진(E)을 시동할 때, 제1 클러치(CL1)의 드래그 토크를 상기 모터 제너레이터(MG)에 의해 보상하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은, 상기 변속기(AT)의 시프트 맵으로서, 목표 모드가 전기 자동차 주행 모드일 때의 업 시프트선 및 다운 시프트선을, 목표 모드가 하이브리드 차 주행 모드일 때의 업 시프트선 및 다운 시프트선보다도 고차속측으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치.
- 엔진(E)과 모터 제너레이터(MG)의 사이에 제1 클러치(CL1)를 끼우는 동시에 상기 모터 제너레이터(MG)와 구동륜(RL, RR)의 사이에 유단계 혹은 무단계로 변속비를 변경하는 변속기(AT)를 끼워 하이브리드 구동 시스템을 구성하고,상기 제1 클러치(CL1)를 개방하여, 상기 모터 제너레이터(MG)만을 동력원으로 하여 주행하는 전기 자동차 주행 모드에서의 주행 중, 상기 엔진(E)과 모터 제너레이터(MG)를 동력원으로 하여 주행하는 하이브리드 차 주행 모드로의 모드 천이 요구가 있었던 경우, 상기 제1 클러치(CL1)의 드래그 토크에 의해 정지 상태의 엔진(E)을 시동하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 전기 자동차 주행 모드에서의 주행 중에 하이브리드 차 주행 모드로 모드 천이할 때, 변속기 입력 회전수가 엔진 운전 가능 회전수 이상이 되는 범위에서, 변속기 입력 회전수가 엔진 운전 가능 회전수에 근접하도록 상기 변속기(AT)의 변속비를 제어한 후에, 상기 제1 클러치(CL1)의 체결을 개시하고, 해당 제1 클러치(CL1)의 드래그 토크에 의해 정지 상태의 엔진(E)을 시동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치.
