Description
(実施例)
駆動用電動発電機100で走行中に、t0でアクセルが踏み込まれると、駆動用電動発電機100は直ちに応答するが出力が小さいので、回転数は徐々に上昇する。中央制御装置は、運転者の要求を満たす為に原動機200の始動を指令し、t1からt2まで原動機200を低トルク低速回転させて燃焼を安定させた後に、スタータージェネレータ300の比例制御手段250を併用して原動機200の回転数を上昇させる。t3に於いて原動機回転数230が電動発電機回転数150に追いつくと、その差が負から正へ急変するので、スタータージェネレータ300の微分制御手段254は、原動機回転数230を減らすように機能する。t3からt4まで、原動機200とスタータージェネレータ300は図2に示した各制御手段によって、原動機200と駆動用電動発電機100の回転数合わせ行うと共に原動機200の空転を抑制するフリクショントルクの負荷を安定させる。
(比較例)
t2までは実施例と同一であるので、説明を省略する。原動機制御手段220を用いて、t2から原動機回転数230を上昇させる。t3に於いて原動機200の回転数が駆動用電動発電機100の回転数に追いつくが、原動機200は制御指令に対する応答が遅いので、原動機回転数230は電動発電機回転数230を追い越し、その後も回転数の制御が不十分となり、また、回転数が安定しないのでフリクショントルクも安定しない。

Claims (2)
- 少なくとも1つの駆動用電動発電機と、
駆動用電動発電機の回転数を検出する電動発電機回転数検出手段と、
前記駆動用電動発電機を制御する電動発電機制御手段と、
原動機と、
原動機の回転数を検出する原動機回転数検出手段と、
前記原動機を制御する原動機制御手段と、
前記駆動用電動発電機と前記原動機との結合及び分離を行うクラッチと、
クラッチを制御するクラッチ制御手段と、
前記駆動用電動発電機及び前記原動機の動力の駆動軸への伝達及び遮断を行う動力伝達制御手段と、を備え、前記駆動用電動発電機による走行中に、前記原動機を始動して接続する際の衝撃を軽減するハイブリッド車の駆動力制御装置であって、
少なくとも1つのスタータージェネレータがベルトによって前記原動機に接続されており、
前記原動機の回転数と前記駆動用電動発電機の回転数との差が小さくなるように前記原動機及び前記スタータージェネレータの出力トルクを調整し、前記回転数の差が小さくなったときに前記クラッチを接続し、
前記回転数の差に対応した制御と、前記スタータージェネレータの回転数に応じて前記原動機を無負荷のまま空転させることを抑制するフリクショントルクを負荷する原動機フリクショントルクと、によって前記原動機のトルク制御を行い、
前記出力トルクの調整は、前記回転数の差に対応した制御と前記回転数の差の積分値に対応した制御とによって行い、前記回転数の差による制御は前記原動機のトルクゲインよりもスタータージェネレータのトルクゲインが大きくなるように行い、
前記回転数の差の積分値による制御は原動機のトルクゲインよりもスタータージェネレータのトルクゲインが小さくなるように行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動力制御装置。 - 前記出力トルクの調整は、更に、前記回転数の差の微分値に対応した制御によって行い、当該制御は前記原動機のトルクゲインよりもスタータージェネレータのトルクゲインが大きくなるように行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動力制御装置。
