Claims (5)
- 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치에 있어서,엔진과 모터 제너레이터 사이에 제1 클러치를 개재 장착하는 동시에 상기 모터 제너레이터와 구동륜 사이에 제2 클러치를 개재 장착하고,변속기에 내장된 복수의 클러치 중 하나의 클러치를 제2 클러치로 하여 하이브리드 구동계를 구성하고,상기 제1 클러치를 개방하고 상기 모터 제너레이터를 동력원으로 하여 주행하는 전기 자동차 주행 모드에서의 주행 중 엔진 시동 요구가 나온 경우, 상기 제1 클러치의 드래그 토크에 의해 정지 상태의 엔진을 서서히 가속하여 시동하는 엔진 시동 제어 수단을 구비하고,변속을 수반하는 엔진 시동 요구시, 엔진 시동 중에 경험하는 각 변속단을 구성하는 상기 변속기의 체결 클러치 중에서 공통으로 체결하는 공통 체결 클러치를 검출하는 공통 체결 클러치 검출 수단을 마련하고,상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은 전기 자동차 주행으로부터의 변속을 수반하는 엔진 시동시, 상기 공통 체결 클러치를 제2 클러치로서 선택하고, 슬립 체결에 의한 상기 제2 클러치의 전달 토크 용량 제어를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속을 수반하지 않는 엔진 시동 요구시, 엔진 시동 직전에 변속단을 구성하는 상기 변속기의 체결 클러치 중에서 최대 전달 토크 용량을 갖는 최대 전달 토크 용량 클러치를 검출하는 최대 전달 토크 용량 클러치 검출 수단을 마련하고,상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은 자동차 주행으로부터의 변속을 수반하지 않는 엔진 재시동시, 상기 최대 전달 토크 용량 클러치를 제2 클러치로서 선택하고, 슬립 체결에 의한 상기 제2 클러치의 전달 토크 용량 제어를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공통 체결 클러치 검출 수단은 엔진 시동 중에 경험하는 각 변속단에서의 공통 체결 클러치가 복수 존재하는 경우, 복수의 공통 체결 클러치 중에서 더욱 최대 전달 토크 용량을 갖는 클러치를 전달 토크 용량 제어의 대상으로 하는 제2 클러치로서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 시동 제어 수단은 엔진 시동 중 변속단을 구성하기 위해 완전 체결되어 있는 제2 클러치의 전달 토크 용량을 저감시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치에 있어서,엔진과 모터 제너레이터 사이에 제1 클러치를 개재 장착하는 동시에 상기 모 터 제너레이터와 구동륜 사이에 제2 클러치를 개재 장착하고,변속기에 내장된 복수의 클러치 중 하나의 클러치를 제2 클러치로 하여 하이브리드 구동계를 구성하고,상기 제1 클러치를 개방하고 상기 모터 제너레이터만을 동력원으로 하여 주행하는 전기 자동차 주행 모드에서의 주행 중 엔진 시동 요구가 나온 경우, 상기 제1 클러치의 드래그 토크에 의해 정지 상태의 엔진을 서서히 가속하여 시동하고,변속을 수반하는 엔진 시동 요구시, 엔진 시동 중에 경험하는 각 변속단을 구성하는 상기 변속기의 체결 클러치 중에서 공통으로 체결하는 공통 체결 클러치를 검출하고,전기 자동차 주행으로부터의 변속을 수반하는 엔진 시동시, 상기 공통 체결 클러치를 제2 클러치로서 선택하고, 슬립 체결에 의한 상기 제2 클러치의 전달 토크 용량 제어를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
