Claims (8)
- 막 두께 1 내지 30 ㎛, 기공률 30 내지 60 %, 기체 투과도 50 내지 250 초/100 cc, 천공 강도 3.5 내지 20.0 N/20 ㎛, 버블포인트법에 의해 구한 최대 공경 0.08 내지 0.20 ㎛, 최대 공경과 평균 공경의 비(최대 공경/평균 공경)가 1.00 내지 1.40인 폴리올레핀제 미다공막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자 부품용인 폴리올레핀제 다공막.
- 제1항에 기재된 폴리올레핀제 미다공막을 포함하는 폴리올레핀제 비수성 전해액계 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제3항에 기재된 폴리올레핀제 미다공막을 세퍼레이터로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해액계 전지.
- 폴리올레핀 수지, 가소제 및 무기 미분체를 혼련·가열 용융하면서 시트상으로 성형한 후,가소제, 무기 미분체를 각각 추출 제거하고,적어도 1축 방향으로 연신하는 것을 포함하며, 여기서 사용하는 무기 미분체의 분산 평균 입경이 0.01 내지 5 ㎛이고, 95 vol% 분산 누적 입경과 5 vol% 분산 누적 입경의 비가 1.0 내지 10.0인 상기 폴리올레핀제 미다공막의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기 미분체가 실리카 미분체인 폴리올레핀제 미다공막의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기 미분체가 건식법으로 제조한 실리카 미분체인 폴리올레핀제 미다공막의 제조 방법.
- 폴리올레핀 수지, 가소제 및 무기 미분체를 혼련·가열 용융하면서 시트상으로 성형한 후, 가소제, 무기 미분체를 각각 추출 제거하고, 적어도 1축 방향으로 연신함으로써 폴리올레핀제 미다공막을 얻는 것을 포함하며, 여기서 상기 비수성 전해액계 전지용 세퍼레이터는, 사용하는 무기 미분체의 분산 평균 입경이 0.01 내지 5 ㎛이고, 95 vol% 분산 누적 입경과 5 vol% 분산 누적 입경의 비가 1.0 내지 10.0인 폴리올레핀제 미다공막을 포함하고 있는 것인 비수성 전해액계 전지용 세퍼레이터를 제조하는 방법.
