- Fe2O3:62~68 mol%, ZnO:12~20 mol%이고, 나머지 부분이 MnO를 주성분으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 주성분을 포함한 비표면적이 2.5~5.0 m2/g의 범위에 있고 90% 지름이 10μm 이하인 분말을 이용하여 성형체를 얻는 성형 공정과,상기 성형 공정으로 얻어진 상기 성형체를 소성하는 소성 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분말의 50% 입경이 0.8~1.8μm, 10% 입경이 0.55~0.73μm의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분말의 비표면적이 2.7~5.0 m2/g의 범위에 있고 90% 입경이 5μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소성 공정은 4.0%이하의 산소 분압 대역을 갖고 소정 온도까지 상승하는 온도상승 과정, 상기 소정 온도로 유지하는 유지 과정 및 상기 유지 과정 후의 온도하강 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소성 공정은 소정 온도영역으로 유지하는 유지 과정 및 상기 유지 과정후에 질소 분위기 하에서 행해지는 온도하강 과정을 포함하며, 상기 온도하강 과정에 냉각 속도가 100℃/hr 이하인 제냉대역을 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- Fe2O3:62~68 mol%, ZnO:12~20 mol%의 1종 또는 2종이고, 나머지 부분이 MnO를 주성분으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 주성분을 포함한 분말을 이용하여 성형체를 얻는 성형 공정과,상기 성형 공정으로 얻어진 상기 성형체를 소성하는 소성 공정을 구비하며,상기 소성 공정은 4.0% 이하의 산소 분압 대역을 갖고 소정 온도까지 상승하는 온도상승 과정, 상기 소정 온도로 유지하는 유지 과정 및 상기 유지 과정 후의 온도하강 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 온도상승 과정에서의 900℃이상의 온도 영역의 평균 온도상승 속도가 200℃/hr이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 7항에 있어서,상기 온도상승 과정에서의 900℃이상의 온도 영역에 소정 온도를 유지하는 안정 대역을 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- Fe2O3:62~68 mol%, ZnO:12~20 mol%이고, 나머지 부분이 MnO를 주성분으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 주성분을 포함한 분말을 이용하여 성형체를 얻는 성형 공정과,상기 성형 공정으로 얻어진 상기 성형체를 소성하는 소성 공정을 구비하며,상기소성 공정은 소정 온도영역으로 유지하는 유지 과정 및 상기 유지 과정후에 질소 분위기 하에서 행해지는 온도 하강과정을 포함하고 상기 온도하강 과정에 냉각 속도가 100℃/hr 이하인 제냉대역을 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제냉대역은 1000~900℃의 범위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1, 6 및 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 재료는 NiO:5 mol% 이하(단, 0%를 포함하지 않음) 또는 LiO0.5:4 mol% 미만(단, 0을 포함하지 않음)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1, 6 및 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 재료는 100℃에서의 포화 자속밀도가 470 mT 이상(측정 자계:1194 A/m), 코어 손실이 1400 kW/m3 이하(측정 조건:100 kHz, 200 mT)인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1, 6 및 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 재료는 실온에서의 체적 저항율이 0.13 Ω·m 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1, 6 및 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 소성 공정에서 소성분위기에 생기는 기류의 상기 성형체에 대한 직접적인 충돌을 차단하는 차폐체를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,복수의 상기 성형체가 적층된 상태로 소성이 행해져 상기 성형체의 주위를 둘러싸도록 상기 차폐체를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 차폐체는 얻고 싶은 페라이트 재료와 동일한 조성을 가지는 소성체로부터 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- Fe2O3:62~68 mol%, ZnO:12~20 mol%이고, 나머지 부분이 MnO를 주성분으로 하는 소결체로 구성되며,100℃에서의 포화 자속밀도가 470 mT 이상(측정 자계:1194 A/m), 실온에서의 체적 저항율이 0.13 Ω·m 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,제1 부성분으로서 Si, Ca를 SiO2, CaCO3 환산으로 SiO2/CaCO3=0.055~0.30의 조건 하에서 900~3000 ppm 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,제1 부성분으로서 Si, Ca를 SiO2, CaCO3 환산으로 SiO2/CaCO3=0.055~0.19의 조건 하에서 1700~3000 ppm 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 재료는 NiO:5mol% 이하(단, 0%를 포함하지 않음) 또는 LiO0.5:4 mol% 미만(단, 0을 포함하지 않음)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,코어 손실이 1400 kW/m3 이하(측정 조건:100 kHz, 200 mT)이고, 코어 손실의 변화율이 10% 이하(코어 손실의 변화율=(Pcv1-Pcv2)/Pcv1×100, Pcv1:고온 저장 전의 코어 손실, Pcv2:고온 저장 후의 코어 손실, 고온 저장:150℃×2000 시간 유지)인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,아래와 같은 페라이트의 조성식(1)에서의 δ값(양이온 결함량)이 0.0033 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.(Zna 2+, Nib 2+, Mnc 2+, Mnd 3+, Fee 2+, Fef 3+)O4+δ …(1)단, a+b+c+d+e+f=3, δ=a+b+c+(3/2)d+e+(3/2)f-4
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 재료는 LiO0.5:4 mol% 미만(단, 0을 포함하지 않음)을 포함하며,100℃에서의 포화 자속밀도가 490 mT 이상(측정 자계:1194A/m)이고 코어 손실이 1300 kW/m3 이하(측정 조건:100 kHz, 200 mT)인 것을 페라이트 재료.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,제2 부성분으로서 Nb2O5:400 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음), ZrO2:1000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음), Ta2O5:1000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음), In2O5:1000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음), Ga2O5:1000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음)로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,제3 부성분으로서 SnO2:10000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음) 및 TiO2:10000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음)로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,제4 부성분으로서 P환산에서의 P의 화합물:35 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음), MoO3:1000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음), V2O5:1000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음), GeO2:1000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음), Bi2O3:1000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음), Sb2O3:3000 ppm 이하(단, 0을 포함하지 않음)로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.
- 제 1, 6 및 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 재료는 NiO:5 mol% 이하(단, 0%를 포함하지 않음) 및 LiO0.5:4 mol% 미만(단, 0을 포함하지 않음)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 재료는 NiO:5mol% 이하(단, 0%를 포함하지 않음) 및 LiO0.5:4 mol% 미만(단, 0을 포함하지 않음)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 재료.
