Claims (3)
- 화학식 Lix(Ni1-yCoy)1-zMzO2 (상기 식에서, 0.98 ≤ x ≤ 1.10, 0.05 ≤ y ≤ 0.4, 0.01 ≤ z ≤ 0.2이고, M은 Al, Mg, Mn, Ti, Fe, Cu, Zn 및 Ga의 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 원소이다)으로 표현되고, 0.4 중량% 내지 2.5 중량%의 SO4 이온을 갖고, 리트벨트 분석을 사용하여 X선 회절도로부터 확인된 리튬의 점유율이 98% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 리튬-금속 복합 산화물로 필수적으로 구성되는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지를 위한 양극용 활성 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,고주파 가열-적외선 흡수법에 의해 측정된 탄소량이 0.12 중량% 이하이고, 180℃에서의 가열로 인한 칼 피셔 수분 함량이 0.2 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 비수성 전해질 이차 전지를 위한 양극용 활성 물질.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 양극용 활성 물질을 사용하여 제조된 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.
