Claims (6)
- 복수의 복극식 전해셀과, 인접한 복극식 전해셀의 사이에 각각을 배치한 복수의 양이온 교환막을 갖는 필터 프레스형 전해조에 이용하기 위한 복극식 제로-갭 전해셀로서,양극실과,상기 양극실에 설치한 양극으로서, 개구율 25 % ~ 75 %의 티탄제 익스팬디드 메탈 또는 티탄제 철망을 포함하는 양극 기재로 형성되고, 상기 양극 기재에 촉매를 도포한 후의, 양극 표면 상의 요철의 고저차가 최대로 5 ㎛ ~ 50 ㎛이고, 두께가 0.7 mm ~ 2.0 mm인 양극과,상기 양극실과 서로 등을 맞대어 배치된 음극실과,상기 음극실에 중첩한 2 개 이상의 층을 갖는 음극으로서, 이들 층이 도전성 쿠션 매트층과, 수소 발생용 음극의 층을 포함하며, 상기 수소 발생용 음극층이 쿠션 매트층에 인접함과 동시에 상기 양이온 교환막에 접촉하는 영역에 배치되어 있는 음극을 구비한 복극식 제로-갭 전해셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 기재가 티탄제 익스팬디드 메탈을 포함하고, 상기 익스팬디드 메탈이 익스팬드 가공, 계속해서 압연 가공에 의해서 티탄제 판으로부터 형성되는 복극식 제로-갭 전해셀.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 메탈의 두께가 익스팬드 가공 후의 압연 가공에 의해서 익스팬드 가공 전의 판 두께의 95 % ~ 105 %로 설정된 복극식 제로-갭 전해셀.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수소 발생용 음극은 두께가 0.05 mm ~ 0.5 mm이고, 또한 니켈제 철망, 니켈제 익스팬디드 메탈 및 니켈제 펀칭 다공판의 그룹으로부터 선택된 기재로 형성되고, 상기 수소 발생용 음극은, 이 수소 발생용 음극 상에 형성된 두께가 50 ㎛ 이하의 전해용 촉매 코팅층을 갖는 복극식 제로-갭 전해셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한, 각각 상기 양극 및 음극실의 상부의 비통전부에 일체상으로 형성한 기액 분리실을 구비하고, 전해액의 내부 순환 유로가 되는 통상 덕트 및 버플 플레이트 중의 한편 이상이 상기 양극 및 음극실의 1개 이상의 격벽부와 대응한 전극과의 사이에 설치되는 복극식 제로-갭 전해셀.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기액 분리실에 칸막이 판이 형성된 복극식 제로-갭 전해셀.
