Claims (20)
- 다음 조건 ① 내지 ③을 만족하시키는 복합 분말 입자로 이루어지고, 도포면 위에 도포시켰을 때 간섭색을 발색시키는 복합 분말:① 핵 입자가, 입자 직경이 2.0 내지 50.0㎛이고, 굴절률이 1.40 내지 1.60인 구상 분말 입자이다.② 복합 분말 입자의 입도 분포가, 입자의 평균 입자 직경을 X㎛라 하면, (X± 3)㎛의 범위에서 부피 분포로 60% 이상의 빈도로서 표시되는 분포이다.③ 핵 입자의 표면에, 굴절률이 2.00 내지 2.90인 피복 성분이 막 형태로 피복되어 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합 분말 입자의 입도 분포가, 입자의 평균 입자 직경을 X㎛라 하면, X(± 3)㎛의 범위에서 부피 분포로 70% 이상의 빈도로서 표시되는 분포인 복합 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 굴절률이 2.00 내지 2.90인 피복 성분의 광학적 막 두께가 190 내지 780㎚인 복합 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핵 입자의 소재가 이산화규소, 알루미나, 탄산칼슘, 황산바륨, 나일론, 폴리에틸렌, 포리스티렌 및 폴리메타크릴산 메틸로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 소재인 복합 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복 성분의 소재가 이산화티탄, 티탄의 산화 정도가 이산화티탄보다 낮은 산화티탄, 산화아연, 산화지르코늄 및 산화철로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 소재인 복합 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 ① 또는 ②의 제조방법으로 제조되고, 복합 분말 입자에서의 피복 성분이 이산화티탄인 복합 분말:① 티탄의 무기산염으 ㅣ수용액 중에서, 핵 입자의 표면에 함수 이산화티탄을 석출시킨 후 이것을 대기 중에서 가열하여 이산화티탄으로 피복된 복합 분말을 제조하는 방법.② 용매 중에서 티탄 알콕사이드와 핵 입자를 접촉시키면서, 티탄 알콕사이드를 가수분해하고 소성하여 이산화티탄으로 피복된 복합 분말을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핵 입자가 이산화규소 구상 분말 입자이고 피복 성분이 이산화티탄인 복합 분말.
- 제7항에 있어서, 피복 성분/핵 입자의 중량비가 0.09 내지 1.25인 복합 분말.
- 제7항에 있어서, 피복 성분/핵 입자의 중량비가 0.4 내지 1.0인 복합 분말.
- 복합 분말을 도포면 위에 도포하고, 도포면 위에 형성된 복합 분말층에서 광간섭을 야기시켜 발색시키는, 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 복합 분말의 사용방법.
