Description
Claims (7)
- 액정이 충진되고 상부에 가스가 공급되어 상기 액정에 압력을 가하는 액정용기;상기 액정용기가 수납되는 케이스;상기 액정용기에 상하운동 가능하도록 삽입되며 일단부에는 스프링이 설치되어 하부로 이동하는 니들;상기 니들의 상부에 장착되어 전원이 인가됨에 따라 자기력을 발생하여 상기 니들을 상부로 이동시키는 솔레노이드코일 및 자성막대;일체로 형성되어 상기 액정용기의 하부에 장착되어 액정용기와 케이스를 결합하며 상기 니들이 접촉하고 액정 배출공이 형성되어 상기 니들의 상하운동에 따라 상기 액정배출공이 닫히고 열리는 니들시트; 및상기 니들시트에 의해 액정용기 하부에 결합되어 액정용기의 액정을 적어도 하나의 패널을 포함하는 기판상에 적하하는 배출구를 구비하는 노즐로 구성된 액정적하장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들시트는,액정용기와 케이스 및 액정용기와 노즐을 결합시키는 결합부; 및상기 결합부와 일체로 형성되어 니들과 접촉하는 니들접촉부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 니들접촉부는 초경합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들시트와 접촉하는 니들의 단부는 초경합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
