Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 액정이 충진되고 상부에 가스가 공급되어 상기 액정에 압력을 가하는 액정충진수단;상기 액정충진수단의 하부에 장착되며 액정충진수단의 액정이 배출되는 배출공이 형성된 니들시트;상기 액정충진수단에 상하운동 가능하도록 삽입되어 상기 배출공과 접촉하며, 상하부에 발생하는 자기력에 의해 상하운동하여 상기 배출공을 열고 닫는 니들;상기 니들의 상부에 장착되며 상기 니들의 상부에 자기력을 인가하여 니들을 상부로 이동시키는 솔레노이드코일 및 자성막대; 및상기 액정충진수단의 하부에 장착되어 액정용기의 액정을 적어도 하나의 패널을 포함하는 기판상에 적하하는 노즐로 구성된 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들 상부에 발생되는 자기력은 니들 하부에 발생되는 자기력보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들시트의 배출공과 접촉하는 니들의 단부는 영구자성물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들시트는 영구자성물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들시트의 배출공 주위는 영구자성물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들에는 불소수지막이 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들시트와 접촉하는 니들의 단부에는 불소수지막이 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들시트에는 불소수지막이 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정충진수단은 금속으로 이루어진 액정용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정충진수단을 수납하는 케이스를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
