Claims (12)
- 다음 조성(중량%, 산화물 기준)을 가지며, 2.8 ×10-6/K 내지 3.8 ×10-6/K 사이의 열팽창 계수 α20/300 를 갖는 알카리를 포함하지 않는 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리:SiO2 > 58 - 65B2O3 > 6 - 10.5Al2O3 > 14 - 25MgO 0 - < 3CaO 0 - 9BaO > 3 - 8여기서 Mgo + CaO + BaO 8 - 18ZnO 0 - < 2
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리는 8 중량% 이상의 B2O3 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아루미노보로실리케이트 유리.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유리는 18 중량% 이상의 Al2O3 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리는 최대 4 중량%의 BaO 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리는 최소 0.1 중량%의 ZnO 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리는 다음을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리:ZrO2 0 - 2TiO2 0 - 2여기서 ZrO2 + TiO2 0 - 2As2O3 0 - 1.5Sb2O3 0 - 1.5SnO2 0 - 1.5CeO2 0 - 1.5Cl- 0 - 1.5F- 0 - 1.5SO4 -2 0 - 1.5여기서 As2O3 + Sb2O3 + SnO2 + CeO2 + Cl-+ F-+ SO4 -2 ≤1.5
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리는 불가피한 불순물을 제외하고 산화 비소 및 산화 안티몬을 포함하지 않고, 부유 장치에서 제조될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리는 2.8 ×10-6/K 내지 3.6 ×10-6/K의 열팽창 계수 α20/300 와, > 700℃의 유리 전이 온도 Tg 및 < 2.600 g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리.
- 제 1 항에 따른 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리의 디스플레이 기술에서의 기판 유리로서의 이용.
- 제 1 항에 따른 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리의 박막 광전지에서의 기판 유리로서의 이용.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 유리는 최소 20.5%의 Al2O3 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 유리는 2.8 ×10-6/K 내지 3.2 ×10-6/K의 열팽창 계수 α20/300 를 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노보로실리케이트 유리.
