Claims (14)
- 화학식 Lia(MxMn2-x-yAy)O4 (여기서, x 및 y는 0.4<x, 0<y, x+y<2를 만족하는 양의 값이고, 0<a<1.2이며, A가 Ti만을 포함하는 경우 A에서 y의 비는 0.1<y이며, M은 Ni, 및 Co, Fe, Cr 및 Cu로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 원소를 나타내고, A는 Si 및 Ti로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 원소를 나타냄)로 표시되는 스피넬형 리튬망간 복합 산화물을 함유하는 이차전지용 양극 활성 물질.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A가 Si인 양극 활성 물질.

- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 A가 Ti인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A가 Si 및 Ti인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 A가 Si 및 Ti인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, Li2CO3, LiOH, Li2O 및 Li2SO4로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 Li 원료와, Li 이외의 금속의 복합 산화물 원료의 혼합물을 소성시켜 얻어지는 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 M에서의 x의 비가 0.4<x<0.6 범위에 있는 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬 기준 전위에 대한 평균 방전압이 4.5 V 이상인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항의 이차전지용 양극 활성 물질을 포함하며, 양극 활성 물질이 결착제에 의해 결합되어 있는 이차전지용 양극.
- 제13항의 이차전지용 양극; 음극; 및 대향하는 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 배치된 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 이차전지.
