Description
正極活物質として、下記一般式(I):
Lia1(Nix1Mn2-x1-y1M1y1)O4 (I)
(式中、0≦a1≦1、0.4≦x1≦0.6、0≦y1≦0.4、M1:Ti、Si、Mg及びAlのうちの少なくとも一種)
で示される化合物を使用し、
負極活物質として、下記一般式(II):
Lia2M21-y2M3y2Oz2 (II)
(式中、M2:Si及びSnのうちの少なくとも一種、M3:Fe、Ni及びCuのうちの少なくとも一種、0≦a2≦5、0<z2<2、0≦y2<0.3)
で示される化合物を使用することを特徴とする。
Lia1(Nix1Mn2-x1-y1M1y1)O4 (I)
(式中、0≦a1≦1、0.4≦x1≦0.6、0≦y1≦0.4、M1:Ti、Si、Mg及びAlのうちの少なくとも一種)
で示される化合物を使用する。
Lia2M21-y2M3y2Oz2 (II)
(式中、M2:Si及びSnのうちの少なくとも一種、M3:Fe、Ni及びCuのうちの少なくとも一種、0≦a2≦5、0<z2<2、0≦y2<0.3)
で示される化合物を使用する。
(正極の作製)
表1に示す組成の正極活物質を以下の方法で作製した。
。
表1に示す負極活物質原料を用い、一般式(II)におけるa2、y2、及びz2が表1に示す組成となる負極活物質を使用した負極を以下の方法で作製した。
図1に示す構成の単板ラミネート型リチウム二次電池を作製した。なお、電解液としては、電解液溶媒としてエチレンカーボネート(EC)とジメチルカーボネート(DMC)を30:70(vol.%)で混合したものを用い、電解液支持塩にはLiPF6を使用し、電解液支持塩濃度は1mol/lとした。
作製したリチウム二次電池の充放電特性の評価を以下のように行った。
実験例1と同様の方法で、表2に示す試料21〜26及び表3に示す試料27〜39のリチウム二次電池を作製し、充放電特性の評価を行った。3V以上の範囲の放電容量の評価結果を表2及び3に示す。
作製したリチウム二次電池のサイクル特性の評価を以下のように行った。

5 セパレータ
6 外装ラミネート
7 外装ラミネート
8 電極タブ(負極用)
9 電極タブ(正極用)
Claims (5)
- 正極活物質として、下記一般式(I):
Lia1(Nix1Mn2−x1−y1M1y1)O4 (I)
(式中、0≦a1≦1、0.4≦x1≦0.6、0≦y1≦0.4、M1はTi、Si、Mg及びAlのうちの少なくとも一種)
で示される化合物を使用し、
負極活物質として、下記一般式(II):
Lia2M21−y2M3y2Oz2 (II)
(式中、M2はSi及びSnのうちの少なくとも一種、M3はFe、Ni及びCuのうちの少なくとも一種、0.5≦a2≦2.5、0<z2<2、0.05≦y2≦0.3)
で示される化合物を使用することを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記一般式(II)において、M3として少なくともFeを含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記一般式(I)において、0<y1≦0.4である、請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記一般式(I)において、0<y1≦0.4であり、M1として少なくともTiを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記一般式(I)において、0.02≦y1≦0.4である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
