Claims (14)
- 하기 화학식 (1)로 표현되는 스피넬 리튬 망간 복합 산화물을 포함하는, 2차 전지용 양극 활성 물질:<화학식 1>Lia(NixMn2-x-q-rQqRr)O4상기 식에서,0.4 ≤ x ≤0.6이고;0 < q이고;0 ≤r이고;x + q + r < 2이고;0 < a < 1.2이고;Q는 Na, K 및 Ca으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이며;R은 Li, Be, B, Mg 및 Al으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 Mg 및 Al으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, q + r이 0 초과이며 0.3 이하인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스피넬 리튬 망간 복합 산화물 중 Mn의 이론적인 원자가가 3.8 이상인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, Li이 아닌 1종 이상의 금속, Li 공급원 및 할로겐 공급원으로 이루어진 복합 산화물의 혼합물을 소성시켜 수득된 것인 양극 활성 물질.
- 결합제에 의해 결합된, 제1항에 따른 양극 활성 물질을 포함하는 양극.
- 제6항에 따른 양극 및 상기 양극과는 분리막으로 분리되어 양극의 반대쪽에 배치된 음극을 포함하는 2차 전지.
- 하기 화학식 (2)로 표현되는 스피넬 리튬 망간 복합 산화물을 포함하는, 2차 전지용 양극 활성 물질:<화학식 2>Lia(NixMn2-x-y-zYyAz)(O4-wZw)상기 식에서,0.4 ≤ x ≤0.6이고;0 < y이고;0 ≤z이고;x + y + z < 2이고;0 < a < 1.2이고;0 < w < 1이고;Y는 Be, B, Na, Mg, Al, K 및 Ca으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이고;A는 Ti 및 Si로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이며;Z는 F 및 Cl로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이다.
- 제8항에 있어서, Y가 Mg 및 Al으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제8항에 있어서, y가 0 초과이며 0.3 이하인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 스피넬 리튬 망간 복합 산화물 중 Mn의 이론적인 원자가가 3.8 이상인 양극 활성 물질.
- 제8항에 있어서, Li이 아닌 1종 이상의 금속, Li 공급원 및 할로겐 공급원으로 이루어진 복합 산화물의 혼합물을 소성시켜 수득된 것인 양극 활성 물질.
- 결합제에 의해 결합된, 제8항에 따른 양극 활성 물질을 포함하는 양극.
- 제13항에 따른 양극 및 상기 양극과는 전해액으로 분리되어 양극의 반대쪽에 배치된 음극을 포함하는 2차 전지.
