Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 直径が1μm未満の気泡であるナノバブルを含むナノ流体を生成するナノ流体生成装置において、
気体と液体とを混合する気液混合室と、
前記気液混合室に加圧した液体および気体を供給する加圧手段と、を備え、
前記気液混合室は、この気液混合室内に設けられ、供給された液体および気体に乱流を発生させて強制的に混合するための乱流発生手段と、混合された混合流体を吐出する超微小吐出口とを有する
ことを特徴とするナノ流体生成装置。 - 直径が1μm未満の気泡であるナノバブルを含むナノ流体を生成するナノ流体生成装置において、
液体を加圧して供給する加圧手段と、
前記加圧手段の作動にともない、加圧手段の上流側と下流側との圧力差によって気体を吸気し、気体を液体中に混入させる吸気手段と、
前記加圧手段および前記吸気手段から供給される加圧された気液混合流体を導入し、ランダムな方向への跳ね返しを繰り返して乱流を発生させる乱流発生手段を備えた気液混合室と、
前記気液混合室の出口側に設けられ、気液混合流体を超微小空間から強制的に流出させることで、ナノバブルを含んだナノ流体に換えて吐出する超微小吐出口と
を具備することを特徴とするナノ流体生成装置。 - 前記加圧手段と前記気液混合室との間に、加圧された気液混合流体を一旦集溜して、液体に対する気体の割合および圧力等を安定させる貯溜タンクを介設したことを特徴とする請求項1および請求項2のいずれかに記載のナノ流体生成装置。
- 前記気液混合室に設けられる乱流発生手段は、
前記加圧手段から供給される加圧された気液混合流体を受けてランダムな方向へ跳ね返す、円錐部と、複数の突条と、複数の凹溝の、少なくともいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1および請求項2のいずれかに記載のナノ流体生成装置。 - 前記超微小吐出口は、流路表面が平滑に研磨されたプラチナ金属材で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1および請求項2のいずれかに記載のナノ流体生成装置。
- 前記超微小吐出口は、2つの密接した部材相互間に形成される隙間からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のナノ流体生成装置。
- 前記気液混合室および前記超微小吐出口は、筒状体からなるジェネレータ内部に設けられ、
前記気液混合室の上部に加圧された気液混合流体を導入する供給孔を備え、気液混合室の下部に前記超微小吐出口が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1および請求項2のいずれかに記載のナノ流体生成装置。 - 前記ジェネレータは、前記供給孔と気液混合室との間に、供給孔から導入した加圧状態の気液混合流体を気液混合室に対し均一に分配案内する分配空間部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項7記載のナノ流体生成装置。
- 前記ジェネレータは、前記吐出部から吐出されるナノ流体を一旦集溜して、安定化した状態で外部へ導出案内する導出空間部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項7記載のナノ流体生成装置。
- 前記ナノ化される流体は純水と空気であり、もしくは用途に応じた種々の液体およびオゾン、酸素等の気体であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれかに記載のナノ流体生成装置。
- 処理槽内に収容される洗浄処理液中に被処理体を浸漬させて、被処理体の表面を洗浄する洗浄処理装置において、
前記被処理体の表面を洗浄する洗浄処理液は、前記請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれかに記載のナノ流体生成装置で生成されたナノバルブを含むナノ流体が用いられることを特徴とする洗浄処理装置。
