Claims (4)
- 界面活性剤や有機物を利用することなく、鉄、マンガン、カルシウム、ナトリウム、マグネシウムイオン、その他ミネラル類の電解質イオンが混入した電気伝導度が3mS/cm以上の水溶液中において、直径が10〜50μmの微小気泡に対して、電圧が2000〜3000Vの水中放電に伴う衝撃波を物理的刺激として加えることにより前記微小気泡を縮小させ、気泡直径が500nm以下になったときに、気液界面に吸着した水素イオンや水酸化物イオンによる静電気的な反発力により、並びに水素イオンや水酸化物イオン及び電解質イオンが、気液界面の縮小に伴って微小な体積の中に高濃度に濃縮して、前記微小気泡周囲を取り囲む殻として働くことにより、中心粒径約150nmの酸素ナノバブルを含む酸素ナノバブル水の製造方法であって、前記酸素ナノバブル水は、製造後ガラス瓶に入れて蓋をして冷暗所において保存して、製造から1ヶ月後の動的光散乱光度計による測定において、生成後とほぼ同一の中心粒径約150nmの酸素ナノバブルを含むものであることを特徴とする酸素ナノバブル水の製造方法。
- 界面活性剤や有機物を利用することなく、鉄、マンガン、カルシウム、ナトリウム、マグネシウムイオン、その他ミネラル類の電解質イオンが混入した電気伝導度が3mS/cm以上の水溶液中において、直径が10〜50μmの微小気泡に対して、前記水溶液が入った容器内に取り付けた回転体を500〜10000rpmで回転させることにより前記水溶液を流動させ、前記流動時に生じる圧縮、膨張及び渦流を物理的刺激として加えることにより前記微小気泡を縮小させ、気泡直径が500nm以下になったときに、気液界面に吸着した水素イオンや水酸化物イオンによる静電気的な反発力により、並びに水素イオンや水酸化物イオン及び電解質イオンが、気液界面の縮小に伴って微小な体積の中に高濃度に濃縮して、前記微小気泡周囲を取り囲む殻として働くことにより、中心粒径約150nmの酸素ナノバブルを含む酸素ナノバブル水の製造方法であって、前記酸素ナノバブル水は、製造後ガラス瓶に入れて蓋をして冷暗所において保存して、製造から1ヶ月後の動的光散乱光度計による測定において、生成後とほぼ同一の中心粒径約150nmの酸素ナノバブルを含むものであることを特徴とする酸素ナノバブル水の製造方法。
- 界面活性剤や有機物を利用することなく、鉄、マンガン、カルシウム、ナトリウム、マグネシウムイオン、その他ミネラル類の電解質イオンが混入した電気伝導度が3mS/cm以上の水溶液中において、直径が10〜50μmの微小気泡に対して、前記水溶液が入った容器内に取り付けたポンプ作動などにより水溶液を流動させ、前記水溶液内に存在する単一若しくは多数の孔を持つオリフィス若しくは多孔板を通過させることで圧縮、膨張及び渦流を物理的刺激として加えることにより前記微小気泡を縮小させ、気泡直径が500nm以下になったときに、気液界面に吸着した水素イオンや水酸化物イオンによる静電気的な反発力により、並びに水素イオンや水酸化物イオン及び電解質イオンが、気液界面の縮小に伴って微小な体積の中に高濃度に濃縮して、前記微小気泡周囲を取り囲む殻として働くことにより、中心粒径約150nmの酸素ナノバブルを含む酸素ナノバブル水の製造方法であって、前記酸素ナノバブル水は、製造後ガラス瓶に入れて蓋をして冷暗所において保存して、製造から1ヶ月後の動的光散乱光度計による測定において、生成後とほぼ同一の中心粒径約150nmの酸素ナノバブルを含むものであることを特徴とする酸素ナノバブル水の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至3に記載のいずれかの酸素ナノバブル水の製造方法により製造された酸素ナノバブル水。
