Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス不透過性材で形成された上部開放容器(11;21)と、 該容器の下部内に収容された、Ba−Li合金ゲッター材(14)の粉末から 約30〜1000barの圧力で圧縮されて形成された第1ペレット(13;2 3)と、 該第1ペレットを完全に覆うように前記容器の上部内に収容された、乾燥材(1 6)の粉末から形成された第2ペレット(15;24)と、 から成る真空維持デバイス。 2.前記ゲッター材(14)は、1〜1000μmの粒度を有することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の真空維持デバイス。 3.前記第1ペレット(13;23)は、150〜600barの圧力で圧 縮されたBa−Li合金の粉末で形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載の真空維持デバイス。 4.前記ゲッター材(14)は、総体式BaLi4で表される合金であるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の真空維持デバイス。 5.前記乾燥材(16)は、酸化バリウム、酸化ストロンチウム及び燐酸化 物の中から選ばれたものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の真空 維持デバイス。 6.前記乾燥材(16)は、10〜1000μmの粒度を有することを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の真空維持デバイス。 7.前記乾燥材(16)は、酸化バリウムであることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第5項に記載の真空維持デバイス。 8.前記乾燥材(16)の第2ペレット(15;24)は、銀、オスミウム 、イリジウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム及びパラジウムの酸化物の中から選択され た貴金属(17)の酸化物を包含しており、該乾燥材(16)と貴金属の酸化物 (17)との重量比は、5000:1から10:1の間であることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項に記載の真空維持デバイス。 9.前記乾燥材(16)と貴金属の酸化物(17)との重量比は、1000 :1から100:1の間であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の真空 維持デバイス。 10.前記乾燥材の第2ペレット(15;24)は、該乾燥材(16)の粉末 の圧縮を防止する物質の粉末を包含していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項 に記載の真空維持デバイス。 11.前記第2ペレット(15;24)は、金属材又はポリマー材のネットガ ーゼ又は織布(19;25)のディスクの間に挟持されていることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1、8又は10項に記載の真空維持デバイス。 12.前記容器(11;21)は、ガスに対して不透過性である、金属、又は 、プラスチックシートに金属を被覆した複合材、又は、プラスチックと金属の積 層材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の真空維持デバ イス。 13.前記容器(11;21)は、0.1mm〜0.3mmの厚さを有するア ルミニウムで形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に記載の真空 維持デバイス。 14.真空維持デバイスを製造する方法であって、 ペレットの合計高さより高い、上部が開放した圧縮粉末のための容器を形成す る工程と、 該容器の底部に、Ba−Li合金粉末を約30〜1000barの圧力で圧縮 して形成されたペレットを載せる工程と、 該Ba−Li合金粉末のペレットが乾燥材のペレットによって完全に覆われる ように、随意選択として貴金属の酸化物及び乾燥材の圧縮を防止する物質を含有 した乾燥材のペレットを前記容器内へ該Ba−Li合金粉末のペレットの上に導 入する工程と、 前記容器内に収容された前記両ペレットを所定位置に保持するために該容器の 上縁を変形させる工程と、 から成る真空維持デバイス製造方法。 15.前記Ba−Li合金粉末のペレットは、該を約Ba−Li合金粉末を該 容器内で圧縮することによって形成することを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に 記載の真空維持デバイス製造方法。 16.前記Ba−Li合金粉末の圧縮は、150〜600barの圧力で行う ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14又は15項に記載の真空維持デバイス製造方 法。
