Abstract
본 발명은 개방된 상부 부분을 갖추고, 가스에 대해 비투과성인 재료, 바람직하게는 알루미늄으로 제조된 콘테이너(11,21)를 포함하고, 상기 콘테이너의 하부부분에서 제1 펠릿(13,23)과 콘테이너 상부 부분(11,21)에 위치된 제1 펠릿(13,23)이 완전히 덮혀지도록 된 제2 펠릿(15,24)을 더 포함하며, 제 1펠릿은 BaILi 게터 합금의 분말로부터 수득되고, 그리고 제2 펠릿(15,24)은 건조재료의 분말로부터 수득되는데, 선택적으로 또한 귀금속 산화물 및 건조기의 밀집성을 피할 수 있는 재료를 포함하고, 그리고 본 발명은 진공유리장치 제조방법에 있어서, Ba-Li 합금의 제1 펠릿은 상기 콘테이너내에서 상기 합금 분말을 압축함에 의해 국부적으로 수득될 수 있으며, 콘테이너의 상부 에지는 최종적으로 내면으로 만곡되어 있으며, 이에 따라 펠릿이 그들의 위치를 유지하도록 된다.

Claims (14)
- 개방된 상부 부분을 갖추고, 가스에 대해 비투과성인 재료로 제조된 콘테이너(11,21)를 포함하는 진공유지장치에 있어서, 상기 콘테이너의 하부 부분에서 Ba-Li의 게터 합금(14)의 분말로 형성된 제1 펠릿(13,23)과 콘테이너의 상부 부분(11,21)에 위치된 제2 펠릿(15,24)을 더 포함하는데, 게터 재료의 상기 제1 펠릿(13,23)이 완전히 덮혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게터 재료(14)는 1 내지 1000㎛ 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게터 재료(14)가 일반식 BaLi4의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조 재료(16)가 바륨, 산화물, 스트론튬 산화물 및 인 산화물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전조 재료(16)는 약 10 내지 1000㎛의 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 건조 재료(16)는 바륨 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치.
- 건조 재료(16)의 제2 펠릿(15,24)은 은, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 루테늄 로듐 또는 팔라듐의 산화물중에서 선택된 귀금속 산화물(17)을 포함하는데, 건조 재료(16)과 귀금속의 산화물 사이의 중량비가 5000 : 1 내지 10 : 1 의 법위로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 건조 재료(16)와 귀금속 산화물(17) 사이의 중량비는 1000 : 1 내지 100 : 1로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 건조 재료의 제2 펠릿(15,24)은 또한 건조 재료(16) 분말이 밀집되는 것을 방지하는 재료(18)의 분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치.
- 제1항, 제7항, 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2 펠릿(15,24)은 네트, 쇠그물 또는 중합 재료(19,25)의 섬유의 2개의 디스크 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콘테이너(11,21)가 금속, 금속으로 피복된 플라스틱 재료의 시트로 형성된 합성 재료 또는 플라스틱 금속 다중층 중에선 선택된 가스에 대해 비투과성인 재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 콘테이너는 0.1 내지 0.3mm의 두께를 갖는 알루미늄으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치.
- a) 상부 면에서 개방되어 있고 그리고 서로와 관련하여 부가된 양쪽의 펠릿의 높이보다 더 높은 압축된 분말용 콘테이너를 형성하는 단계. b) 상기 콘테이너의 바닥에 Ba-Li 합금 분말의 펠릿을 위치시키는 단계. c) Ba-Li 합금 펠릿이 건조 재료의 펠릿으로 완전히 커버되도록 하는 방법으로 Ba-Li 합금 펠릿 위에 귀금속 산화물이 선택적으로 부가되는 건조재료의 펠릿을 콘테이너에 도입하는 단계, 및 d) 내부에 포함된 펠릿을 그들의 위치에서 유지하도록 콘테이너의 상부 에지에서 변형되는 단계론 구성되는 진공유지장치 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 Ba-Li 합금 펠릿은 상기 콘테이너의 내면에서 상기 합금 분말을 압축함에 의해 국부적으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공유지장치 제조 방법.
