Abstract
Viene descritto un dispositivo stabilizzatore del vuoto comprendente un contenitore (100) impermeabile ai gas formato come una scatola aperta superiormente i cui bordi sono rivoltati e prolungati verso l'esterno formando un'ala periferica (104) e, all'interno del contenitore, un materiale getter (110) sul fondo del contenitore (100), in un volume inferiore (II) definito superiormente da un setto inferiore (120). Un setto superiore (140) definisce con quest'ultimo, essendo entrambi i setti permeabili ai gas, un volume superiore (I) in cui è contenuto un materiale essiccante (130) con eventuale convertitore di idrogeno e/o allumina. Una pellicola (150) impermeabile ai gas è fissata ermeticamente in (154) alla zona più esterna di detta ala (104) chiudendo l'intero dispositivo. Vengono pure descritti alcuni metodi di preparazione di tale dispositivo.
