Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式1 [式中、 R7は水素又は式 の基であり、 R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12は独立して水素又はメチルであり、但しR11とR12 は同時に水素であることはない] の化合物、あるいはR7が水素以外の場合のそれらの酸付加塩。 2.R7が式 の基である請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物。 3.R7が式 の基である請求の範囲第2項に記載の化合物。 4.R8がメチルである請求の範囲第3項に記載の化合物。 5.R7が水素である請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物。 6.各成分に関してR7、R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12が以下の通りである 請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物。 7.NRRL 18395、NRRL 18537、NRRL 18538、 NRRL 18539、NRRL 18719、NRRL 18720、NRR L 18823から選ばれるサッカロポリスポラ・スピノサ(Saccharo polyepora spinosa)株又 はそれらのA83543−生産性突然変異株を、約50mg/ml〜約200m g/mlのシネフンジンを含む適した培地中で、深部好気的発酵条件下において 、回収可能な量の式1の化合物が生産されるまで培養することを含む、式1 [式中、 R7は水素又は式 の基であり、 R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12は独立して水素又はメチルであり、但しR11とR12 は同時に水素であることはない] の化合物、あるいはR7が水素以外の場合のそれらの酸付加塩の製造法。 8.式1の化合物を培地から分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第7項に記 載の方法。 9.培養物がNRRL 18395、NRRL 18537、NRRL 18 538、NRRL 18539から選ばれるS.スピノサ株又はそれらのA83 543A−生産性突然変異株である請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.R8、R10、R11及びR12がメチルであり、R7が式 の基である式1の化合物の製造のための請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 11.成分A83543Kを分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第10項に 記載の方法。 12.成分A835430を分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第10項に 記載の方法。 13.培養物がS.スピノサ株18823又はそれらのA83543H−生産 性突然変異株から選ばれる請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 14.R8、R10及びR12がメチルであり、R11が水素であり、R7が式 の基である式1の化合物の製造のための請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 15.A83543Uを分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第14項に記載 の方法。 16.A83543Vを分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第14項に記載 の方法。 17.培養物がS.スピノサ株NRRL 18719、NRRL 18720 又はそれらのA83543J−生産性突然変異株から選ばれる請求の範囲第8項 に記載の方法。 18.R8、R10及びR11がメチルであり、R12が水素であり、R7が式 の基である式1の化合物の製造のための請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 19.A83543Pを分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第18項に記載 の方法。 20.A83543Wを分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第18項に記載 の方法。 21.NRRL 18743から選ばれるサッカロポリスポラ・スピノサ株又 はそのA83543K−生産性突然変異株を、適した培地中で、深部好気的発酵 条件下において、回収可能な量の式1の化合物が生産されるまで培養することを 含む、式1 [式中、 R7は水素又は式 の基であり、 R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12は独立して水素又はメチルであり、但しR11とR12 は同時に水素であることはない] の化合物、あるいはR7が水素以外の場合のそれらの酸付加塩の製造法。 22.培地から式1の化合物を分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第21項 に記載の方法。 23.成分A83543Kを分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第22項に 記載の方法。 24.成分A83543Oを分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第22項に 記載の方法。 25.成分A83543Yを分離する段階をさらに含む請求の範囲第22項に 記載の方法。 26.昆虫−又はダニ−不活性化量の請求の範囲第2項に記載の化合物を、植 物学的に許容し得る担体と組み合わせて含む殺虫又は殺ダニ性組成物。 27.昆虫又はダニの生息場所に昆虫−又はダニ−不活性化量の請求の範囲第 2項に記載の化合物を適用することを含む殺虫又は殺ダニ法。 28.生理学的に許容し得る不活性担体及び請求の範囲第2項に記載 の化合物を含む殺外部寄生虫性組成物。 29.宿主動物に請求の範囲第2項に記載の化合物を投与することを含む、宿 主動物の血を吸う昆虫外部寄生虫の個体群を抑制する方法。 30.サッカロポリスポラ・スピノサ NRRL 18743又はそれらのA 83543K−製造突然変異株の生物学的に純粋な培養物。
