Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.使用されていない時の浮標(2)を希望の深さに保持する懸垂係留線(5) により海底(4)に係留される浮標(2)の形式の浮上ユニット、 流動物質の移送のために前記浮標(2)に接続される少なくとも1本の移送管( 6)、 船の水面下の部分に配置され、前記浮標(2)の受入れと接続のために配置され る下向きに開いた受入れ空間(3)、 前記浮標(2)を引き上げて前記受入れ空間(3)内に導入するために前記船に 配置されるホイスト装置(11)、及び 前記浮標(12)が前記受入れ空間(3)に接続されている時、前記浮標(2) を介して本質的に垂直な軸の回りに前記船(1)を回転させ得る装置を備えた前 記流動物質を浮かんでいる前記船(1)へ移送し、または前記船(1)から移送 するためのシステムにおいて、 前記受入れ空間が、船体の外側の水面下の位置に配置され、対応する外形を持つ 前記浮上ユニット(2)とはまり合うために少なくとも部分的に下向きに本質的 に円錐形に拡大された形状を有する内側空間を備えているモジュールであること 、及び、 前記浮上ユニット(2)が、外側浮上部材(21)及び 前記流動物質の通路のために前記外側浮上部材(21)の内側の中央に回転可能 に取り付けられている中央部材(22)とから構成され、 前記モジュール(3)に前記外側浮上部材(21)を解除可能にロックするため に前記モジュール(3)の内側空間にロック機構(38,39)が配置されてお り、そのため、前記外側浮上部材(21)は前記船の旋回により前記中央部材の 回りに回転し、前記船に配置される前記流動物質移送用の配管システム(30) に連結する連結ユニット(29)は自在継手によって前記中央部材(22)に連 結されていることを 特徴とする前記流動物質を移送するためのシステム。 2.前記モジュール(3)が前記船(1)の船首に構成されていることを特徴と する請求の範囲1に記載された流動物質を移送するためのシステム。 3.前記モジュール(3)がサービスシャフト(9)を経由して前記船のデッキ (8)に接続されていること、及び、シャッター(10)が、前記モジュール( 3)が使用されていない時、前記サービスシャフト(9)を海から遮蔽するため に前記モジュール(3)内の前記サービスシャフトの下端位置に装備されている ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1または2に記載された流動物質を移送するための システム。 4.前記サービスシャフト(9)はその上端において閉鎖部材(44)を備えて いることを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載された流動物質を移送するためのシス テム。 5.前記浮上ユニット(2)が、前記浮上ユニット(2)が前記受入れ空間(3 )内の所定の位置にロックされている時に、前記サービスシャフト(9)の下端 を密封的に遮蔽するために配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲3または 4に記載された流動物質を移送するためのシステム。 6.前記サービスシャフト(9)は前記船(1)の不活性ガス管(43)に連結 されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲4または5に記載された流動物質を移送 するためのシステム。 7.前記モジュール(3)は前記モジュール(3)及び前記サービスシャフト( 9)から例えば水のような液体、または例えば油のような前記移送物質の中の漏 洩物質を排出するために少なくとも1本のドレーン管(42)に接続されている ことを特徴とする請求の範囲5に記載された流動物質を移送するためのシステム 。 8.前記外側浮上部材(21)は少なくとも部分的に円錐形をなす上側円錐部材 (15)及び下側円錐部材(16)から構成され、前記上側円錐部材(15)は 前記ロック機構(38,39)の一部を形成するロック要素(38)と連結され る下向きの環状接合端部(18)を有するカラー(17)を含むことを特徴とす る請求の範囲1〜7のいずれか一つに記載された流動物質を移送するためのシス テム。 9.前記浮上ユニット(2)は前記係留線(5)の取付けのために下部補強部材 (28)を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜8のいずれか一つに記載 された流動物質を移送するためのシステム。 10.前記浮上ユニット(2)は前記中央部材(22)を支持するための取替え 可能の支持部材(25)を含み、前記支持部材(25)は点検及び部品交換のた めに前記外側浮上部材(21)から引き揚げることができることを特徴とする請 求の範囲1〜9のいずれか一つに記載された流動物質を移送するためのシステム 。 11.前記ロック機構は液圧システムによって駆動され、ロック位置と解除位置 の間で、前記モジュール(3)の内側空間側における水平軸(39)回りに回転 可能である少なくとも2個のロックドッグ(38)を含んでいることを特徴とす る請求の範囲1〜10のいずれか一つに記載された流動物質を移送するためのシ ステム。 12.前記液圧システムは機械的ロック部材を駆動する液圧アクチュエータを含 み、そのため前記浮上ユニット(2)がロック位置に安全に保持され、また、前 記液圧システムの故障の場合もロック位置に安全に保持されることを特徴とする 請求の範囲11に記載された流動物質を移送するためのシステム。 13.前記連結ユニット(29)は非接続位置と接続位置の間で回転可能である 連結管(31)を含み、前記連結管(31)の一端は前記自在継手(34)を介 して前記浮上ユニット(2)の前記中央部材(22)に接続するために配置され る連結ヘッド(33)を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜12のいず れか一つに記載された流動物質を移送するためのシステム。 14.前記連結ヘッド(33)は可撓継手(36)を含むことを特徴とする請求 の範囲13に記載された流動物質を移送するためのシステム。 15.前記中央部材(22)の上端は可撓継手(35)を介して前記自在継手( 34)に連結されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜14のいずれか一つに記載 された流動物質を移送するためのシステム。 16.前記浮上ユニット(2)の前記中央部材(22)は可撓継手(37)を介 して移送管(6)に連結されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜15のいずれか 一つに記載された流動物質を移送するためのシステム。 17.前記モジュール(3)内の配管システム(30)は前記船(1)の1以上 のタンクヘ連絡する船底管路(46)に直接連結されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲1〜16のいずれか一つに記載された流動物質を移送するためのシステ ム。
