Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明はメダル等のゲーム媒体を一切使用しないスロッ
トマシンに関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のスロットマシンは、ゲーム媒体としてメダルやコ
イン、或は、ボールが使用されている。
即ち、従来のスロットマシンは、ゲーム場で有償で借り
受けたメダルやボール、或は、所定のコインをスロット
マシンに投入してゲームを行い、入賞するとメダルやボ
ール或は所定のコインが払出されるようになっている。
［発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 しかし、上記のようなメダルやボール或はコインといっ
たゲーム媒体を使用することは、これらのゲーム媒体を
貸与したり或は両替えする場所や機器設備が必要である
や また、そのゲーム場に設置したすべてのスロットマシン
の内部にゲーム媒体として投入されるメダルやボール等
を受入れて計数し、そしてこれらの媒体を他の場所へ移
すための搬送手段や、入賞時に払出されるゲーム媒体を
予め準備しておく貯溜手段、及び、払出手段、並びに、
払出量の計数手段が不可欠なため、スロットマシンの構
造が複雑になるほか、マシンの外形が大形になり易いと
いう問題がある。何となれば、マシン本体内に不可欠の
上記各手段は、殆んどすべてが機械的構造物、或は１機
械−電気的構造物だからである。
更に、ゲーム場に於て、上記の各スロットマシンに投入
されるゲーム媒体、並びに、各スロットマシンから払出
されるゲーム媒体を、集中的に管理するには、当該ゲー
ム媒体を各スロットマシンから排出したり、或は、各ス
ロットマシンに対し供給するゲーム媒体の中央管理機構
が必要となり、スロットマシンを有するゲームセンター
は、設備的にも人的にも大がかりになり易いという問題
がある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明は上記のような従来のスロットマシンの問題点に
鑑み、−切のゲーム媒体を要せず、従って、当該ゲーム
媒体を貯溜、搬送等するための機械的乃至は機械−電気
的構成の手段を一切省略したスロットマシンを提供する
ことを目的としてなされたもので、その構成は、暗証番
号等の個有データの入力部と、この入力データを読出し
可能に記憶をする記憶部と、前記入力データについての
演算処理をする演算部と、入力データのうち必要なデー
タの印字出力をするプリンタ部と、入力データ並びに演
算データを表示する表示部とを具備して構成されるゲー
ムデータ処理部と、絵柄が表示された３個乃至は３個以
上のリール又は当該リールと同様の絵柄を表示するＣＲ
Ｔなどによる絵柄表示機構と、この絵柄表示機構に表示
絵柄の変更を開始させるスタート手段と、前記絵柄表示
機構に絵柄の変更動作をストップさせるストップ手段と
、停止させられた絵柄表示機構の入賞ライン上の絵柄列
の入賞の当否を判定しその旨の出力を上記データ処理部
に供給する入賞判別部とを有すると共に、暗証番号等の
個有データの入力部とこの入力データと上記データ処理
部の演算結果との表示部を設けたスロットマシンとから
成り、上記ゲームデータ処理部に入力された個有データ
と同じデータがスロットマシン側の個有データ入力部か
ら入力されることによりゲームを開始できると共に、前
記マシン側の個有データ入力部の操作によりゲームの進
行、終了を行うようにしたことを特徴とするものである
。
〔作　用〕
ゲームデータ処理部での個有データの入力、及び、ゲー
ムカードのプリントアウトがゲーム媒体の借受は行為に
相当し、スロットマシンにおける入力部に個有データを
入力することが、スロットマシンの選択並びにこのマシ
ンにおけるゲームスタートの設定行為になる。
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明の実施例を図に拠り説明する。
第１図は本発明スロットマシンの一例におけるスロット
マシン本体の正面図、第２図は本発明スロットマシンの
一例のブロック図、第３図は本発明スロットマシンを多
数設けた場合の一例のブロク図である。
第１図において、１はスロットマシン本体の外箱、・２
は外箱１に設けたリール窓１ａに臨んで外箱１の内部に
３個設けたリールで、各リール２の外周面には適宜の文
字１図形等による絵柄が表示されており、また、各リー
ル２は、この実施例ではモータ２ａにより夫々に回転さ
せられリール窓１ａから見える絵柄が変更されるように
されている。
上記リール２やモータ２ａにより形成される絵柄表示機
構や絵柄変更機構は、これらに代えて。
ＣＲＴ或は液晶を用いたものでもよい。
３は上記外箱１の正面に設けたスタートレバー、４は３
個のり−ル２に対応して３個設けたストップボタンで、
スター１−レバー３の操作により各リール２は−せいに
回転し始め、各ストップボタン４の操作により各リール
２は夫々に停止するようになっている。
５は上記ストップボタン４の近傍に設けたテンキーボー
ドで、この発明におけるスロットマシン本体Ｍ側の個有
データ入力部を形成する。
６は外箱］の正面において、ここでは、リール２の上部
に設けた表示部で、上記の個有データ入力部５において
入力されるデータのうち、必要なもの、或は、このスロ
ットマシンの状態、例えば、使用可、不可、過去のゲー
ムの入賞率等の表示がなされる。
尚、第２図に示すように、スタートレバー３及びストッ
プボタン４の各信号発生部３ａ、４ａは、モー・夕制御
回路７に接続され、この制御回路７に各モータ２ａの回
転開始や減速停止のための制御信号を供給させるための
トリガー信号を形成する。
また、各モータ２ａにはモータ停止時における各リール
２の絵柄を検出する絵柄検出部２ｂが接続されており、
絵柄検出部２ｂの信号は入賞判別部８に供給されてこの
判別部８に予め書込まれている入賞信号と比較されるよ
うになっている。前記判別部８の判別信号には、入賞を
示す信号とアウトを示す信号があるが、これらの信号は
判別信号処理部９を駆動制御する。
上記処理部９の出力は５次に述べるゲームデータ処理部
】０に供給さ、ｂ、そこで処理演算される。
而して、ゲームデータ処理部］、Ｏは、テンキーボード
などにより形成される個有データの入力部１０ａと、こ
のデータ入力部１０ａにより形成されるデータ信号を読
出し自在に書込み記憶する記憶部１０ｂと、この記憶部
１０ｂの書込みデータのうち、ゲームを行うために必要
なキー・データ、例えば、キーワードや暗証番号等を適
宜カードＣ等に印字出力するプリンタ部１０ｅと、前記
記憶部］、Ｏｂから供給されるゲームデータと、前述の
判別信号処理部９から供給されるゲームデータ、つまり
、ゲームを行うために設定されたデータＳＤと入賞払出
データ並びにゲーム消費データＧＤとを比較演算する演
算部１０ｄと、表示部６を駆動する表示駆動部１０ｅと
から成る。
一方、スロットマシン本体Ｍに設けられた個有データ入
力部５は、テンキボードなどにより形成される入力部５
ａと、この入力部５ａに入力される個有データ、例えば
、先にプリンタ部１０ｃのカードＣに打出さ１ｔた暗証
番号やゲームに掛けるゲーム媒体の量もしくはこれと等
価の金額、或は、当該スロットマシンに付されたアドレ
ス番号等のデータを示す信号をデータ処理部１０に供給
する制御出力部５ｂと、この出力部５ｂからの信号とデ
ータ処理部１０に格納されたデータとが演算処理部１０
ｄにおいて比較され、この演算処理部１０ｄから出力さ
れる制御信号ＫＳにより制御されるスタートレバー３と
ストップボタン４の操作制御部５Ｇとにより形成されて
いる。
以上により１本発明スロッ１−・マシンの一例を構成す
るので１次に、このマシンの使用例について説明する。
まず、ゲームを行う者は、ゲームデータ処理部１０（こ
の部１０は通常そのゲームセンターの受付などに設置さ
れている）において、スロットゲームに使用する金額を
支払う１、 支払いを受けたゲーム場側では、その者の個有データＩ
Ｄとして暗証番号Ａと先の支払い金額により可能なゲー
ム回数Ｂ、或は、前記金額に対応したゲーム媒体数ＴＳ
等を示すデータを入力部１０ａ操作して記憶部１０ｂに
書込む。
入力部１０ａの操作により上記個有データＩＤが記憶部
１０ｂに書込まれると、このデータＩＤは、この部１０
ｂに一旦記憶されると共に、プリンタ１０ｅから暗証番
号Ａ、ゲーム回数Ｂ又はこれと等価のデータ等が記載さ
れた力・−ドＣがプリントアウトされる。尚、暗証番号
Ａは、他人に盗見されるのを回避するため、カードＣの
表裏に異なる内容のものがプリントされる。
ゲームを行う者は、上記カードＣを受けとってスロット
マシンＭの前に行き、前記カードＣに記入された暗証番
号Ａと、その者が使用しようとするマシンコードＭＣ１
及び、このマシンで使用するゲーム媒体数ＴＳ又は、ゲ
ーム回数Ｂとを、当該マシンの入力部５ａを操作して入
力する。この入力データはスロットゲームのセットデー
タＳＤとしてデータ処理部１０における演算処理部１０
ｄに供給されるが、この処理部１０ｄにセットデータＳ
Ｄが来ると、先に記憶部１０ｂに一旦記憶されたデータ
ＩＤのうち、ゲームに必要なデータは、マシンコードＭ
Ｃをアドレス信号として、演算部１０ｄに格納される。
演算処理部１０ｄでは、その入力部１０ａから入力され
た暗証番号ＡとスロットマシンＭの入力部５ａで入力さ
れた暗証番号Ａが一致し、且つ、ゲーム媒体又はその等
漬物の存在が呪に記録されているいることを条件として
、操作制御部５Ｃにその駆動出力を供給し、スタートレ
バー３やストップボタン４が操作でき、且つ、モータ制
御部７に信号を供給できる状態を作る。
ここで、このスロットマシンＭはゲーム機として使用可
能となるので、ゲームを行う者は、各ゲームに掛けるゲ
ーム媒体の投入に代え、ゲーム媒体数を表わす数値ｇｓ
をマシンＭの入力部５ａに゛　セットすることでゲーム
を開始する０例えば、ゲームを行う者は、入力部５ａに
おいて各ゲーム毎に、ゲームに掛ける媒体数ｇｓのセッ
トを入力部５ａを操作して行い、次いで、各ゲームごと
にスタート１ツバ−３を押してストップボタン４を操作
することにより、逐次、スロットゲームを進めることと
なる。
上記ゲームの進行中、各ゲーム毎にリール２のモータ２
ａは回転して停止させられ、その度ごとに各リール２の
絵柄列がその検出部２ｂにおいてなされ、その検出信号
が入賞しているかどうか判別部８において判別される。
判別部８からは入賞ごとに入賞等級と対応する払出ゲー
ム媒体数を表す信号と、入賞しない旨の信号がゲーム結
果データとして各ゲームごとに演算処理＃１０ｄに供給
される。
この演算処理部１０ｄに於ては、先に格納されたゲーム
データのうち当初のゲーム媒体数ＴＳからゲーム結果デ
ータを加減算し、現在ゲーム媒体数、つまり、現在残っ
ているゲーム媒体数を算出する。
この算出結果は１表示駆動回路１０ｅを経て表示部６に
表示される。
上記演算処理部１０ｄにおいては１例えば、ゲームに投
入した媒体数と入賞払出しされた媒体数のそれぞれの累
計値や両数値の比率、或は、ゲーム回数やその間での入
賞回数、或は１両数値の比などの演算を行い、この演算
結果を表示部６に表示させる。
このスロットマシンにおけるゲームの終了は、演算処理
部１０ｄのゲーム媒体の現在値がゼロになった場合、或
は、この現在値があるときゲームを行っている者が入力
部５ａの終了キーＥを操作することにより終了する。
現在値があるとき、終了キーＥが操作されると。
その旨の信号がデータ処理部１０に供給され、演算処理
部１０ｄの残数値と元の暗証番号Ａがプリントアウトさ
れると共に残数値のみが表示部６に表示される一方、記
憶部１０ｂ、演算処理部１０ｄの格納データはクリアさ
れるか、又は、このマシンのマシンコードＭＣと共に別
の場所に移されて格納される。
ゲームを行った者は、上記の残数値と元の暗証番号Ａが
プリントアウトされたカードＣを受けとり、他のスロッ
トマシンに於て、この残数値について、先の実施例と同
じ要領でスロットマシンゲームを行うか、或は、この残
数値について景品等と交換をする。
上記のようなスロットマシンは、第３図に示すように、
複数台のスロットマシンＭを、１個所のゲームデータ処
理部１０に接続して集中的に制御管理するようにするこ
とができる。この場合、前記処理部１０の容量は、スロ
ットマシンＭの設置台数に対応していること勿論である
。尚、ＤＢはデータバスである。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明は以上の通りであって、スロットマシンに一切の
ゲーム媒体を用いることなく、ゲームを行うことができ
るようにしたので、マシンの機械的梼造が著しく簡易な
ものとなり、製造コストも低く、また、メインテナンス
にも手間を要しない。
またスロットマシン側には、ゲームデータの読取り部を
形成しないので、これに起因する故障もないという利点
がある。
従って１本発明はスロットマシンとしてきわめて有用で
ある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 暗証番号等の個有データの入力部と、この入力データを
    読出し可能に記憶をする記憶部と、前記入力データにつ
    いての演算処理をする演算部と、入力データのうち必要
    なデータの印字出力をするプリンタ部と、入力データ並
    びに演算データを表示する表示部とを具備して構成され
    るゲームデータ処理部と、絵柄が表示された３個乃至は
    ３個以上のリール又は当該リールと同様の絵柄を表示す
    るＣＲＴなどによる絵柄表示機構と、この絵柄表示機構
    に表示絵柄の変更を開始させるスタート手段と、前記絵
    柄表示機構に絵柄の変更動作をストップさせるストップ
    手段と、停止させられた絵柄表示機構の入賞ライン上の
    絵柄列の入賞の当否を判定しその旨の出力を上記データ
    処理部に供給する入賞判別部とを有すると共に、暗証番
    号等の個有データの入力部とこの入力データと上記デー
    タ処理部の演算結果との表示部を設けたスロットマシン
    とから成り、上記ゲームデータ処理部に入力された個有
    データと同じデータがスロットマシン側の個有データ入
    力部から入力されることによりゲームを開始できると共
    に、前記マシン側の個有データ入力部の操作によりゲー
    ムの進行、終了を行うようにしたことを特徴とするスロ
    ットマシン。
